Jeremy answers his phone, gives accurate reasonable estimates, arrives when he says he will, does quick quality work, and genuinely seems like a nice guy. I don’t often recommend people but I was very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. He was highly recommended to me by our local plumbing supply company.

I was referred to Jeremy by word of mouth and have called on him several times because of the level of customer service. One of the few service calls where I felt that I received more than my money's worth. Always polite and punctual. Quotes have been on par or better than competitors. On more than one occasion, Jeremy has steered me away from unnecessary and costly repairs/replacements that I suggested. His work ethic is excellent, and he is the first person I call for plumbing or suspected plumbing issues.

Mr. Dodson is very professional and was prompt when we called him. He discussed with us the problems he found and how he would fix them, including a price. We didn't go without water very long because he took care of us. I highly recommend this company. I have worked with other plumbers and none compare to his knowledge and professionalism.

We have just recently moved to Benton and just like people all over Arkansas, our pipes froze, leaving us with no water and holiday guest on their way. Mr Dodson and one of his men came in a matter of minutes and started the unthawing process. I have no doubt he is still out there today ,Dec. 23, in frigid temps unthawing those in need. J Dodson came out immediately and fixed our hot water leak under the house. He really saved the day. He is very polite easy to talk to and knowledgeable for your plumbing needs. His pricing was way more than fair. I really expected it to cost more compared to other companies prices. We will get him to fix some other plumbing issues. Mr Dodson came to our house today on our hot water heater. He was so professional and had our problem fixed in 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable about it and explained everything as he went. The Browns

We had a leak in our gas line due to a neighbor’s construction. He had called the other company out and had them helping him find and fix the gas leak by the end of the next day. He was like a dog on a bone and wasn’t going to stop until it was fixed…he was there within a couple of hours to begin the work also!

Jeremy was able to come help us that very evening. He was professional, knowledgeable and did quality work! We will be using him for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I called three other plumbers. Between the three, I scheduled 7 (yes, seven) appointments. All kept on being no-shows. J Dodson plumbing, my fourth plumber, came out without any excuses, spent a couple hours troubleshooting, and fixed my problem. Nice guy, extremely fair pricing. If I need a plumber again, he will definitely be my first call.

I called them this morning and he came out this afternoon and within
30 min fixed my water heated. And he explained why the pilot light
went out. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. He
was really a nice man.

Recommend this gentlemen for your home plumbing repairs. He's fair and honest. If he says he will be their at a certain time, count on it. Prices seem to be in line with others. Will use Jeremy for all our further needs here in Hot Springs Vlllage.
