Bank of America (Lobby Service Only)

I had a few questions about my business account, and was unable to make an appointment online that worked with my schedule. I walked in expecting to have to book an appointment to get help, but Jennifer Roman was SO gracious and fit me in right before she had someone else. She barely had 10 minutes to help me out, and she did everything I needed and went out of her way to help me out. I’m so thankful for her kindness and willingness to help in a pinch!

Well, this is my very first review on google, so congratulations BoA for getting it! lol

I am from Europe and was extremely surprised by the quality of the customer service in BoA, and all the advanced technologies!
Special thanks to Mrs. Jeniffer Roman for doing her job professionally, she was extremely time efficient and fun to talk to! Answered all my strange questions lol

At the end I'd like to say,

First off, they had someone to greet me and my sister at the door. Secondly, they were prompt about ensuring we got the help we needed immediately. Dustin Jones was the representative who assisted us and he ensured were taken care of. He made both of us feel incredibly comfortable, talked to us about different ways on how we could improve things, and took the time to review things we wanted to discuss. He did an AMAZING job and made sure we were fully taken care of! Definitely using this location again and thank you so much, Dustin!

Wait time was a little long but understandable with everything going on. Had an appt made to open an account the next day as soon as they opened. Everyone was friendly and the workers made sure to speak to everyone who was waiting in like. Better than other banks that I’ve been with

Never had a problem here.
-Friendly staff
-Neat and tidy store appearance (no weeds in front of store)
-Helpful services, offered with a smile and the polite use of the client's first name to establish familiarity.
Will be back, plenty to come.

Jennifer Roman took almost 2 hours today to help be with an issue that everyone else said .no .I'm blown away about here ability to listen and actually take the time to help.she actually cares .thank you very much

Manager or I think that's what she was, very helpful. Asked every single person in line how she can be of help. Bit of a wait , but understandable since it is payday for most people. Overall, great service and very nice employees

Their entire computer system was in the process of updating and they got me through quickly. :) very nice and personable service.

Danielle, the branch manager, is amazing and went above and beyond to help me get a new debit card!

This branch of the BoA has always treated me with respect and efficiency. I've had NO problems at all.

Like money

The lady that helped me was the Fayetteville branch relationship manager and she was awesome! Very busy branch though but people were in and out very quickly. I opened a business account and was there less than an hour and she was helpful & friendly. I would keep it with Arvest if I could but no issues so far.

I’ve had to come up to Fayetteville a number of times due to corporate or having any presence in the River Valley. This branch has always been helpful and courteous. As for the lady complaining about her Money Network card, that’s not run by BofA, it’s only issued through them. The bank can’t open the machines.
