Bought tires and rims. Staff was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my old tires and rims that no other shop ever found from 2015 to 2023. Always nice that they offer free tire air checks as well. Nice staff.

I have been a customer since day 1 in Fayetteville & will continue to be! Moe is was my guy behind the counter at the time & is a great guy. The only negative I have is that almost everytime the person doing my tires never put my valve caps back on & I had expensive ones on my vehicles.

This is an excellent location with nice, helpful employees. I got some 35" tires mounted and it took about hour from drop off to pick up of my Jeep. I was impressed that they were so quick compared to other tire centers I have been to. A friend recommended I try out Discount Tire and boy I'm sure glad I did!

There are several chairs to sit at when your waiting for your car to be ready. They also have a drinking fountain. There is no snack vending machine or soda vending machine.

Shotout to Mo who helped me out today and went the extra mile to help me out. Great customer service.

Took my car in to get my tire checked out, Taylor was very friendly and kind. This is a big deal for me, being a young woman entering a tire shop hasn’t ever been the comfiest thing, but I truly felt like I was someone’s sister here. With an appointment the patch took an hour but it was free of charge.

I’ll never use another tire place, besides this one, again! They’re nice, fast and explain things in depth when you have questions! Highly recommend!

Don’t worry about going anywhere else! Ask for Baxter as he will make your experience great! If you go to Bentonville Abraham is just as amazing. The first time I came in Abraham was so knowledgeable he took the time to truly educate me on the best value for my safety and what I use my vehicle for at work. Not only that they have an incredible warranty that will allow you to get your tire continually replaced until it’s at a certain tread depth for essentially anything that happens. Best part is you can go to any Discount Tire nationwide or if there isn’t one you buy the tire and they reimburse you. There’s no warranty like this is in the business and no people like Baxter and Abraham at other businesses either that educate & provide service.

When the cold weather hit the tire pressure dropped and when I went to air the tires I realized that the air valve caps got stuck in place so I couldn’t air the tires. Discount Tire was able remove them and replace them right away at a reasonable cost. Thank you

Bought tires from Discount Tire for years always satisfied, great service

Yesterday I brought in my daughter's car for a flat repair. Free, in and out in about 15 minutes. Today, I went in for new tires on my car and the service was fantastic. About 30 minutes and they charged me the exact amount they showed me when I made the appointment (no hidden fees and tax was already added in). I've been with them for many years and can't recommend them enough!

These are the people you want taking care of you and your family. Excellent price, fast service & super friendly and knowledgeable people. They treated my wife and I perfectly every time we have had to get service done. Highly recommended.

I had two mornings in a row where I had to stop and put air in a tire that was going low, so I knew there was clearly an issue with that tire. I called them this morning to see if they could get my vehicle in for a patch or new tire, they let me know they could squeeze me in, but that I'd have to wait a bit - no problem!

They didn't try to sell me anything, asked what I wanted to do if it wasn't repairable, etc. The most surprising thing was they didn't charge me for the tire repair when I hadn't bought the tires there.

I completely expected to pay for it since it was someone's time, but he would not let me pay him anything. All they asked was that I use them next time for tires... DONE.

These guys were absolutely on top of it! I checked in online (big bonus over having to wait for potentially hours) They were smart, professional, and when it came time to explain options for new tires, they were thorough.

As a girl it is not super fun going to get your car worked on, but Taylor and the staff at the Fayetteville Discount Tires made me feel so comfortable and didn't try to overprice me on anything. Incredible experience with them!!!

My tire pressure was low so I went to the place I bought the tires. They found a nail in one but told me they no longer take walk-ins and I could have an appt in a few days. They did recommend Discount Tire so I went there. These guys are great. They took me right in and patched the tire for free. Yes, for free! They were also all friendly and helpful. They just made a new customer here.

The team at Discount Tire in Fayetteville is amazing. Taylor was great to work with. He provided the best customer service following a snow storm that left me a bit nervous about my current tires. He made sure I had great tires and a terrific warranty - excellent value. The team was so efficient and had my tires on in around 30 minutes. Highly recommended- I'll definitely be back!

I was very impressed with how discount tire handles their issues. More specifically Taylor, Abe and Mike. These three people had my car for two weeks just for a flat tire. This is only because UPS was taking super long to deliver my tire. They gave me constant updates and took care of the situation very well. Then when the tire came they moved me to front of the line and did the job in 30mins. They also compensated me for the trouble.

Was surprised to find one tire completely flat this morning. I got the emergency spare on, and found a shiny little screw embedded in removed tire. I've had good experiences with other Discount Tire locations, glad I stopped at this location to get the flat repaired.
They had multiple customers waiting, which I took as a positive sign. Waiting area wasn't plush but it was comfortable, and there's a restaurant next door plus a coffee shop next to the restaurant, or you can walk to Home Depot.
I saw my vehicle being backed to the front door with the replaced tire installed, so I walked out and the person driving my car gave me my keys and said no charge!! Fantastic. Plus, my emergency spare was reinstalled in my vehicle and everything was put back in place. Thanks Discount Tire!!!

I needed new lug nuts put on my truck, they were slammed with work as soon as I got there and the phone continued to ring, one call after another. Cars lined up outside (not for longer than a few minutes, but it came in waves) They treated every customer with care and intentionality. Taylor helped me on the phone and Abraham took the reins when I got there. They were both great. I could see how busy they were and how they still treated every customer like they were the only ones in the building. The guys in the bays got me in and out after +/- 25 minutes even while being slammed and they took time to make sure the lugs were torqued correctly with a torque wrench.
