Wow! The staff was AMAZING! I worked with Ann to book their meeting space for business, and she was so friendly! Madison was at the front desk the whole time I was there. She is so sweet and helpful! Mirabel took great care of us in the room, making sure we had water and coffee, and she even was our personal photographer for a group shot. And Lee! He unlocked the thermostat for us, and helped with many other things. But most of all, I went to the gym in the morning, and couldn’t get the mobile app to work to unlock the gym door. He came out of nowhere and had it open in a jiffy for me. So helpful and kind!

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and a nice property. Well kept and clean. Breakfast was great. Had plenty of food and it was all done just right. Breakfast team is very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent Marriott brand Hotel in a really good / convenient location. The staff is very friendly, the amenities are top notch, the rooms are clean, up to date, and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay here at Fairfield inn and suites in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Very nice facility! Will definitely be my go to hotel when in NWA. The staff all very professional and friendly. One staff member in particular really stood out. Emily S. went above and beyond in being helpful. She helped me when I called to make a reservation and after arrival she was very helpful in making recommendations for dining etc. She is a very big asset to your staff. Thanks Emily!

I was greeted with a warm welcome from Emily the receptionist. I’ve been to several Marriott hotels and I must say that her customer service was among the best. The room was also clean and ‘homely’.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The pool was quite cool though and I wish it would have been heated! It was a great stay though and we enjoyed it!

I loved it. I went here to surprise a friend for their b-day. I stayed in a 2 bed room with some of my family. The pool was pretty small (went from 3-5 feet) but the fitness room was outstanding. The lounge area was also Amazing

I travel to Fayetteville frequently and after experiencing a few other locations, always prefer to book at the Fairfield. Friendly staff, affordable prices, clean rooms, and quiet!

This is my go to Hotel when in town for work! The staff here is absolutely amazing! They go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and pleased! On a particular night, I wasn’t pleased with my room. I had a late flight and arrived at hotel at 2am! After checking in, my room was not to my preference or liking. I called down to front desk & expressed my issues. I shared with the staff member I’d deal with it tomorrow. A few minutes later, Ms. Cathie phoned the room back and said,”Ms. Simms, we value you and really want you to be happy, I’ve taken the liberty of changing your room & Im in my way up to help you move your things so you can get settled and get a good nights sleep.” I tried to refuse because it was late & this young lady assured me she would be up in 2 minutes and she would move my things. I was so impressed with her warm mess. And she did come up, took the liberty of bringing new keys & had the cart with her for easy move. The room she selected was PERFECT!!! She helped me move my things in and must have apologized a thousands times! It was nearly 3am and she was still smiling! This forever made an impact on me! This young lady needs to be rewarded, thank you Ms. Cathie!!!! Kudos to you!

One of the best stays during my recent road trip. Rooms were very spacious, very clean and the staff was very attentive. Even when we arrived very late. Checking in and out was a breeze and staying here seemed to make things easy on us all around. Lovely!

Very clean rooms!!! The check in staff were very friendly. Free breakfast was ok, not amazing, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was quiet all night and felt very safe.

Nice, updated/modern Fairfield. Staff was great, hotel was clean and quiet, parking was easy. Fitness center was great.

FYI when finding the hotel: Google maps failed to get me to the property (the arrival pt was on the highway ish road that doesn’t access the hotel…but Waze got me to the hotel from there.

This was an exceptionally nice Fairfield. Clean, great facilities, and wonderful breakfast were among the highlights. It is in a good location with a few restaurants within walking distance. Our TV didn’t work but the lady at the front desk changed our room making that aspect a nonevent. Overall I am happy to give it 5/5.

Brand new. Beautiful. Clean. 2 big screen TVs in my king with sofa bed room. Very friendly staff. Close to places to eat. Yummy. "Woodstone" pizza. Has very organic and gluten free.
Only thing..no exercise bike.
Otherwise perfect. Acts like a Marriott .

First start with the staff they were so engaging from the moment we walked in and every time we came back and forth. The rooms were really great, with plenty of amenities, even during COVID it was a great weekend. It’s perfectly situated by plenty of food options and shopping as well. Just minutes from campus.

The breakfast was good with grab and go. Staff was very friendly. Location is a little different to get to sits back on a dead end. A trampoline park is across the street. Shopping and food is near by.

Great place to stay, has served as my home away from home for a few months now going back and forth and I really enjoy it. Breakfast is great, the rooms are very clean, love having the internet TV to watch Netflix or YouTube on.

Nice. Clean. Staff is nice & helpful . Nice walking place behind motel. Plenty of eating places close by. Great hot free breakfast. Indoor pool still little chilly but some still swimming.
