I live out of town, and I’m so happy to have found this florist. I have 2 daughters in the area, so I have lots of opportunities to send flowers. Last time I called, I talked with Kinley; she’s just super sweet! I explained the occasion and she worked with me to identify good options for my limited budget. I selected the Designer’s Choice, and Kinley offered to text me a pic of the arrangement so I could weigh in on whether I wanted to add more flowers. She did as promised, and the bouquet was lovely, especially for the price. They completely exceeded my expectations… and my daughter was delighted as well. (AND when the delivery person was unable to find my daughter at home, he waited at her house for a while, called me and left me a message, and once she was home, he delivered that same day!)

They have earned my devotion and business for life!

NWA Florist did such an amazing job on my daughter’s wedding! They were phenomenal to work with and I’d highly recommend them! Planning process was easy and organized. Estimate was clear and easy to understand. They worked so diligently on wedding day to make sure the flower decor was perfect and that we were completely satisfied!

Working with NWA Florist was a breeze. Everyone who works in the shop is so nice. I had a few specific requests for my bouquet and was unsure about a few of the design elements. My bouquet, my bridesmaid’s bouquets, and the floral arrangements they made for our altar was GORGEOUS. When I saw my bouquet for the first time I almost cried because it was like my Pinterest dream board came to life. Anytime I called or needed a change made, they assisted me without hesitation. Very nice people even on a busy holiday like valentines. Customer service was always polite, and they did their best to accommodate everyone! A tall task for a floral shop, especially when you've got men from the ages of 30-50 coming in, expecting top-tier flowers last minute for their unsuspecting wives, lol. Did their absolute best to right a wrong, and I appreciate their effort <3. The flowers were high quality and very beautiful 💖 would recommend to any bride looking for nice people and quality flowers.

NWA Florist did a beautiful job for our wedding last month and were attentive to details as some bad weather was moving in that afternoon. They worked with me and advised me on the best options for ceremony flowers and I appreciate their time!

I ordered flowers and they were ready and delivered within five hours. I did not ask for this. I told them it could even even be sent a different day. They also took a picture and sent it to me, so I would know what the arrangement looked like… without me asking! Talk about going above and beyond… Awesome customer service! And the flowers were beautiful!

We were looking for a specific look and feel for our wedding, while also being sustainable and limiting or waste. NWA Florist helped us put together beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres using dried flowers. This technique looked beautiful and also prolonged the life of everything. My bouquet is in a vase on our bookshelf today! They also added the dried flowers to various wine bottles I had painted to complete our simple decorations. I highly recommend NWA florists! I have used them for my wedding, and my sister used them for hers now too. My wedding was a fall themed porch wedding, and they made two gorgeous huge bouquets for me and my matron of honor. I also wanted a floral piece to go on the porch, and they created me this amazing live garland. It actually lasted for a very long time, I left it up all winter. They are very reasonably priced, and so easy to work with.

I wish I could give a 10/10 and even that would not do them justice. I had worked for two separate florists and so I was a bit picky in choosing what I wanted for my own florals. I had made numerous wedding arrangements and was a bit tired of the same color scheme and style I was seeing. I told Lillie in our consultant a style I had in mind along with a few key florals I envisioned. Right then and there she pulled florals in the shape and laid them out for me to get a picture of what she was thinking. I loved that she tangibly invited me into the design process. Our wedding was a COVID-19 wedding, pretty early on in the pandemic. Lillie was more than accommodating which I am SO thankful for. When I received the florals they more than exceeded my expectations. I could not recommend NWA Florist enough. They will work with budget, logistics, and your vision. The people at NWA Florist are AMAZING! Everything was perfect! They are reasonably priced for the service you are receiving and they really work with you to make your day everything you want it to be! The person who was supposed to do my bouquet ended up backing out a week before the wedding, and NWA Florist made me a GORGEOUS bouquet with no problem! I definitely recommend them for any occasion!

The most stress-free part of coordinating my wedding photos was working with NWA Florist. Seeing my original inspiration photos, the flowers the team intended to use for my bouquet, and an itemized price breakdown on their online proposal was an incredibly efficient way to communicate any changes or questions I had. I was so excited to see my bouquet and they exceeded my expectations when it was delivered (💗ahead of schedule💗) My friends and I were swooning over the color and textures, it was perfect.

So, no surprise our August wedding in Texas had to be postponed due to COVID-19. My (fiancé at the time) husband and I opted to elope on a hike in Arkansas and at the last minute (literally only a couple of weeks before our nuptials) contacted NWA florist and they made my vision for a bridal bouquet, MOH bouquet, and boutonnieres come to life. I explained over the phone hundreds of miles away to someone I had never met that I wanted something that resembled as if I had picked it along our hike to Hawksbill and I was excited to see that come true! We recently moved to Fayetteville and wanted to send congratulatory flowers to My Bride. My expectations were high after the initial call as the exchange was very detailed (type of flowers -- colors/fragrance, where it will be displayed). The texts I received after delivery brought a big smile, as everyone was complimenting the flowers - especially the most important person.
