This dental practice is top-notch! Best in NWA. I have been to many, and the attention they give you is personal. What others say couldn't be done was done and with a smile. Dr. Kara Hardin and her colleagues are more than amazing. From my first call to my first visit, it was seamless. If you need dental care and want to feel like you matter, give them a call.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was very nervous going in, but my experience was wonderful all thanks to the amazing staff! From reception, to technician, to hygienist and doctor, everyone was so warm and friendly! Dr. Beers and Allison did an excellent job of explaining my oral health and treatment plan and made me feel well informed and comfortable. I’ll definitely be recommending Premier to all my friends!

Everyone who works here is SO kind and works so hard to give the best care. From the front desk staff to the techs to the providers. I cannot recommend Premier Dental enough!

For someone who avoids the dentist and was dreading my appt…I was extremely relieved with how kind and personable Dr Hardin and her staff were. They were super informative, friendly and it was overall a great experience (as great as an experience can be while someone is drilling in your teeth anyway). She even called to check on me after my appt.

This review is long overdue! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hardin’s since we moved to the area in 2019. In my 20s I moved a lot for work so I’ve had dentists all over the country- in Seattle, Boston, nyc, sf, chicago, texas and more. With those other practices as a basis for comparison, I can say that the care at Premier Dental is top notch. I would describe it as, thorough and conservative (in a good way). I never feel pressured, but always informed and with the time to ask questions. I’ve seen higher-end tech only in two other practices; this one is certainly modern and everything seems up to date. The front desk, hygienists and doctors are all professional and knowledgeable. I always enjoy my visits and recommend this practice to my friends.

I love Dr. Hardin. She’s amazing

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff smiled and was pleasant to chat with when I entered. Once in the back for my appointment the doctor and staff were cheerful, talkative and, extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I asked. They appeared to have my best interest at heart. Even though I had not seen a dentist in over 4 years they expressed no shame for that and made me feel at ease during the whole visit. Highly recommend.

Just moved from out of state and was recommended to them. First off, the place is adorable and very comfortable. The wait times were very short, and the staff was amazing!!! Dr. Beers explained everything in detail and saved some teeth that I thought was not going to be able to be saved, so I was ultimately happy with that. Alison was great also! They both took their time and set up treatment plans, and what ultimately you feel most comfortable with. Very happy with them, and I'll be back in two weeks. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone .

I have been so scared of the dentist and avoided going for 4+ years. After going to Premier Dental I feel so comfortable getting my teeth worked on. Dr Hardin is so nice and easy to chat with and her team is so friendly. They make sure you’re totally comfortable and answer any questions. I’d recommended them to anyone, and especially those with dental anxiety.

Just wanted to drop in again and remind anyone that needs a dentist to pick this office! I love Dr. Beers so much. Check this out. I chipped my front tooth and needed it fixed before an upcoming wedding. Not only did the front office get me in within a day of calling, Dr. Beers made my tooth look absolutely perfect and like nothing even happened! Can’t recommend them enough!

Very friendly. Super clean. Their team is very helpful. The dentist was very thorough with me. They were able to get me in rather quickly for a new patient.

The people here are so kind, very accommodating. I came in for my apt with my 7 week old who inevitably started crying. Several of the hygienist insured me that if I needed to feed her I could and asked if I needed anything. I felt a lot of kindness today, really impressed.

I had a great experience getting a cavity filled with Dr. Hardin and her assistant. Isn’t that amazing?! Dr. Hardin takes her time and is very gentle-I didn’t feel the injection. Everyone at Premier Dental is professional, friendly and caring. My mom sees Dr. Beers and she is wonderful too.

Very clean environment. I really appreciate the level of care thats offered. The staff treat you as though your a friend. Getting an appointment to fit my schedule is easy, the time between check in and being seen is very fast.

Best experience ever! From the moment I walked in, everyone there was smiling, friendly and helpful. I have a terrible fear of dental work and Dr Hardin made sure I was completely comfortable for my procedures. She explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this office and especially Dr Hardin! She’s amazing!

Dr Hardin and her staff are amazing!! They'll have to drag me from this practice kicking and screaming before I change dentists. Dr. Hardin is patient, kind, skilled and she cares about her patients - even challenging patients like me ;-)

Everyone is nice and helpful. My husband and I received very professional care. The office is efficient and run well. It is clean and nicely decorated. Both dentist's are female and make us feel comfortable and well cared for. We highly recommend this team of professionals.

I'm not one who loves change so much, but with a recent move to NWA, I had to find a new Dentist. I absolutely loved Dr. Hardin and her Dental Assistant. Ms. Stacey was amazing as well, and was so gentle with my cleanse! Everything about this place is beautiful from the building itself, to the expertise care and hearts of all the staff!

I had a broken tooth and my dentist offered me an appointment for an extraction 2 1/2 weeks later! I called Premier Dental as a new patient and they gave me an appointment for that afternoon! Dr, Sarah Beers was so kind and reassuring. Her assistant, Destiny was great at making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental practice!
