Signature Bank of Arkansas

The local Signature Bank of Arkansas in Jonesboro provides great customer service. They always greet me with a smile and treat me like family. Their convenient location makes banking easy. I can’t wait until they get moved into their new permanent location.

I have been with Signature Bank of Arkansas for about 4 or 5 years. There customer service a wonderful. They are always so nice. I’ve never had a problem with them. I would recommend this bank to everyone. They have free checking, wiring money to them is simple, all your ATM charges are credited back to you at end of your statement date. So you really never pay a ATM charge. Which can be quite expensive when you don’t live where they have a Signature Bank. We did live by one but have moved out of state. So knowing I don’t have to pay $4.00 or $5.00 dollars every time I get my money out is great. I don’t know of any other banks that refund you like that. I recommend this bank to everyone.

Signature Bank has literally changed my life since the day I was hired back in 2018. As an employee and an account holder, I can truly say Signature Bank holds true to its high standard for customer service. Everyone here is genuinely friendly and kind to one another. If you’re thinking about opening up a new banking account, or simply want to switch banks, this is the place you need to be.

When we moved from Michigan to Northwest Arkansas, we didn't know which bank to go with. Within our first 2 years here we tried 2 of the the banks that we saw on just about every other corner. The first we stayed with for about a year and a half, but the issues we were coming across kept recurring, and my husband was ready to leave them. The second was immediately problematic, so we didn't stay with them at all. To be honest, I think at some point I remember seeing the Signature Bank near us (in Bentonville) and saying it looked pretty fancy from the outside and half jokingly said to my husband it is probably for rich people. I wish I would have dug a little deeper and found all that they offer way back then, but I am glad I know now! For someone that has migrated from another state, and will likely be returning to visit friends/family, etc, I think Signature offers the best benefit of all. They don't charge ATM fees when you use another bank's ATM, and they reimburse the ATM fees you incur from those other banks too. Talk about customer service! For us, Michigan and Arkansas do not have the same banking options, so this is an awesome benefit. I imagine it would be great for those traveling in the US as well. Additionally, everyone there is so kind and personable. They make you feel welcomed and at home, and that is a great feeling. Seriously, stop in and check them out. You will be glad you did!

I'm so impressed with Signature Bank! My husband and I have been customers since we moved to Northwest Arkansas more than 10 years ago and have always appreciated how knowledgeable and personable everyone at the bank is! I love going in to the bank, but when I don't have the time, their online banking services are so fantastic! I highly recommend Signature Bank - no matter where you live!

We use Signature Bank for my wife's business and whether I call with questions, visit the lobby (Fay&BV), or drive through, the staff is always super friendly and helpful! I think we'll be switching our personal accounts over soon because they are just that much better than other options.

This bank is fantastic. The staff is kind, polite and very knowledgeable. In other words, this bank treats me like a person and not a "number." I just moved to the area and I am so glad a friend told me to do business with Signature. If you are not banking at Signature Bank then I strongly recommend that you at least give them a look.
