Primisys has always been great to work with. They just replaced my computer- fast service and amazing customer service. (Thanks Josh!). This is why I “Shop Local”!

The workers were incredibly kind! Straightforward and worked really fast! My computer runs so much faster now and they charge very reasonably!

Their customer service is amazing! I have been going to them for years now! They are always willing to help! I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my MacBook Pro in to get the screen replaced. Apple quotes me around $900 I was able to get it fixed for just over $400 (most of that was parts). The staff was friendly and very quick and efficient. I will be suggesting them to anyone that needs to get computer work done. Really great people!

When I got home from vacation, I went to turn on my computer and it would not reboot. After trying everything, I called Primisys. I explained the problem. My computer is 7 years old so I wasn't sure if it was worth it to fix or bite the bullet and get a new one. I talked to William who was so kind and helpful. He told me to bring it down and they would look at it. I bought it down there around 2pm. John was amazing. He said he thought he might know what the problem was. Long story short, he was able to fix it for me that same day! It only cost $75. I highly recommend Primisys. I feel they go above and beyond and the customer service is exceptional. They are so reasonably priced. I will tell all my friends about them and they have a customer for life in me.

Love Primisys! I’m not a computer person at all, and have needed to come here a few times for help. They are always extremely helpful and efficient. Last week I dropped in to see if they could replace the missing screws on my laptop and they were able to help me right then, and free of charge.

We popped in for a charger because ours was left at home. Thank goodness they had what we needed. Shop Local!!!

Lovely shop and extremely helpful staff. Had the part I needed in stock and got it installed immediately.

These guys are great. They are always ready to help and will answer any questions you have. I have been in there 4 times, and every time, they let pick their brains about anything computer. They were quick with ordering parts I needed and got me in the same day for repairs. Highly recommend this group!

My dad reccommened this place to me and now I do too! I took my MacBook in after in stopped turning on. They were very patient with me through the holidays and were great about contacting me. Overall great service and I got my computer back working good as new!

These group of guys were a lot of help, I was having troubles with my pc downloading windows 10. They offered to download windows 10 on a flash drive free of charge And walked me through step by step to get my pc up and running and I couldn’t be more happy with them. I recommend this shop 10/10 to anyone having troubles with their pc. Thanks again guys!

William did an awesome job fixing my screen. The old adhesive was coming apart and the screen kept falling off the outer casing. Very happy with his work and well worth the investment!

I got to know about Primisys through work. They came and fixed our company computers. Getting to know them through work, I liked their honesty and knowledge of the products. So I decided to take my sons laptop to them for help. It was having problems shutting down and now it runs smooth and shuts down with no problems. I'm not a novice to fixing my computers but just don't have the time anymore. It was great to hand over the computer and let them go at fixing it. I had such a great experience that I'm having them build me a desktop. They are very helpful and answered all my questions and helped me stay within my budget. I'll keep you posted how the new computer turns out.

Always a pleasure to come to the store and see the new products and stuff they are working on! I have been using Primisys computers since they started and the staff have been fun and informed about things. Sometimes I bring them some hopeless systems to be fixed and they get it done. But I understand some computers when the time is up it is up and they explain the issues in basic English. Systems and service are top notch and have 30+ systems from them for the local company I work at as IT manager. Thanks for all the help and keep it up!

We recently purchased a new desk top computer from Primisys and it was a WONDERFUL experience. I am not tech minded and they patiently walked me through the options and helped me figure out the best fit for our family's needs. Then Aaron even helped me over the phone, for free, multiple times during our initial set up time. This was my best computer purchase experience ever.

Excellent craftsmanship, knowledge and expertise. I worked with Aaron to design a custom, high-end gaming machine and am beyond thrilled with the results. He very obviously loves what he does and it showed in the final product. When the build was complete I priced out all of the parts to a comparable computer from some of the national vendors and he ended up saving me a ton of money while offering a much better warranty than what the big box retailers will. I would say that I will definitely buy my next computer from Primisys, but given the 4-year warranty and extremely high-end parts used, I'm not sure if I'll need a new one for a long time. Thanks guys!

Very helpful staff. Gave me advice on products that they didn't have in store. Thorough transfer of files when I got new OS. Definitely will come back.

First off, my experience using Primisys has been pleasant and successful. Not only are they knowledgeable and capable, this 'geeks' have personalities who know how to translate computer information to their customers. Mike was incredibly patient with me, as he helped me learn some aspects of how to use Chrome. Mike's
lighthearted manner is certainly an asset to servicing customers who may not always have full command of their computer systems. I will recommend this business to my friends. Ask for Mike, he will have the solutions!

I am so glad I took my PC here to have it fixed. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Had several major problems like a cracked screen and a very messed up hard drive. Aaron was very helpful, thorough, conscientious and persevered through problems with the back up and tried everything possible and made it work and I got my computer back in perfect, like new condition while they held down the costs.
