Comfort Inn & Suites El Dorado

Highly recommend for anyone to stay. From the moment I called to book a room Jennifer was very polite and helpful. Jennifer also went out of her way to write down all the addresses to where I needed to go and gave me great recommendations of coffee shops to go to. She also made sure my room was good and there were no problems. Her politeness and customer service skills made my stay even better. My room was great, very roomy, the bed was really comfortable, quiet, plus the extra room of the couch and desk was great. This hotel is extremely clean with everything I needed and more. I didn't catch her name. But there was this younger lady working on 5/19/23 that was just absolutely great. If I caught her name, I'd put it in the review. She was very attentive. I came down for linens for the pullout, she had them to me faster than I've ever got them. I'd like to get her name if possible, so I know not to stay here anymore when she moves on. She needs a raise, immediately.

I stay at this hotel for work. Nice location, Clean rooms! And Tammy at the front desk is sweet, and amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great!

Got checked in the room was nice but we had to go to an event.. so, when we got back to the room we realized it didn't have a couch pullout.. Destiny the night girl when out of her way to help.. and luckily she was able to move us to another room with out issues.. and checked the room first. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was cold but the kids were happy to be swimming to even worry about how cold it was. Thank you all the staff.

It's rough around the edges but not in any way that would detract from it being the best hotel in 500 miles. It beats out much more expensive places. It's more honest than more stylish places. This really is a great place to rest.

The easiest way to review this place is just to list my thoughts (I always have these, in order) every time I stay here:

1. They reuse the shampoo and conditioner bottles here. I'm sure you're a nice person, lady who stayed here before me, but how did you get lipstick on your conditioner bottle?

2. Why does the poor manager have to slip a letter under your door that says you're due to check out tomorrow even if you've paid for multiple nights? They must have a very old computer system.

3. There's always someone who jumps up startled every time the toilet flushes or a car alarm goes beep-beep outside. Somehow this place attracts people with anxiety disorders! Weird, right?

4. Utter bliss as I lay in bed and look around my room and realize these are my favorite beds in the hotel world and some of the largest, most beautiful rooms money can buy.

I'm sorry to the picky people of the world, but the problems melt away once you give it a chance. (It just would be nice if they fixed them someday.)

I'm very pleased with the hotel. Everything is clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable as was the furniture. The staff was curious and helpful as well as efficient. Check-in only took a few minutes. The location is very convenient being within 5 minutes of down town. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Very clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice from front desk down to the cleaning ladies,they were all wonderful. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. I recommend staying here anytime. We will be back.

Been staying here weekly for almost 9 months for work. As far as staff goes, they are an all around great bunch of folks. I've only had 2 issues in the 9 months I've been traveling here and both were minor issues that were rectified virtually immediately. Hands down favorite hotel in El Dorado! If You want a luxury stay with the big shots then this probably isn't the place for you. If you're a company man or just looking for a great hotel at a great price. This is the one for you!

We spent only one night (8/3/18) and found it to be a very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Very nice clean comfortable room. Breakfast was great! We will definitely stay here again!

ROSHANDA was awesome at check-in. She DELIVERED outstanding customer service, went above and beyond to DELIGHT us and make our stay fantastic. Finally, she took OWNERSHIP to ensure that hat we had everything we needed for our comfort. Great job ROSHANDA!!!

The rooms were great; very spacious, and lots of television options. Room service was superb; you called, and they'd be there in minutes. It was located near a multitude of stores and restaurants, so the world was at my fingertips.

I've stayed at a couple comfort inns and this one is one of my favorites, I got a suite and there was two tvs, one in in the bedroom area and one in the living room area which is awesome! I actually had a friend cone over and watch tv and drink beer one night and it really felt like a legit living area. the couch was comfy and had a nice coffee table. The rooms all have satellite and any channel you would want including HBO and cinemax. The bed was very comfy and everything was continuously clean

Everyone is extremely nice! The breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel and the pool is indoors & heated!

Room was great, service was outstanding... Especially since the young lady at the front desk had never done CLC, and had other issues happening around her that took nerves of steel!

They kindly let me park my motorcyle under the car port. The hotel was newer, and very clean. A good stay.
