Hampton Inn El Dorado

A mix up at the Candlewood led us to the Hampton Inn. I was not happy at first with the mix up, but the stay was nice, rooms were good, and food was delicious. Ramon turned our trip around and helped us when we left. Thank you!

clean updated hotel - what someone would expect from a Hampton Inn (like in the days before Covid). Check-in clerk was helpful and so friendly. seriously, like easily one of the top 3 places ive stayed in the last several years.

Lobby and rooms were modern and clean. Normally I deduct 1/2 star for this irritating trend of soaps mounted to the wall, but everything else was a pleasant surprise, ill overlook.

for a hotel off the beaten path in rural AR, excellent choice. and not far from downtown El Dorado, which has a surprising number of restaurants and shops.

One of nice and clean Hampton Inn while I’m traveling this year. Workers are always welcome and very nice women working at the breakfast cafe, she always ask everyone to make sure all have good food. I can see all the workers are working hard every morning to clean the hotel. It’s hard to see nice and clean hotel these days even if we spend so much money to stay. I really enjoyed staying this hotel!

The staff were very helpful. In particular Canyon when we checked in. He made dining suggestions and gave good directions for out of towners. The room was very clean and the bed slept well. Downtown El Dorado is a must visit.

The customer service we received was the best. We stayed during a hurricane evacuation back in August of 2020. The employees went above and beyond. I am just now getting around to writing a review but you all left an impression. Thank you all.

Easy stay at Hampton Inn. This location seemed like a new build. Very clean, great beds, and a nice breakfast in the morning. I would recommend a stay here. Thanks!!

Exceptional customer service! Very clean rooms. They also make a great breakfast and start brewing the coffee early. Update, the parking lot is well lit and all of the outer doors function correctly using hotel key. Plenty of parking in the rear.

It was super! Employees are off the charts nice. Reagan is a gem. Room super clean. Bed comfortable. Hot breakfast that you place an order for what you want. No one but a server touches anything or even gets close to it. Pool clean. Gym clean. Stay was great.

The staff is WONDERFUL, seriously, we stayed there like 5 weeks and I loved them all. Super nice, super friendly! And The breakfast ooof, somehow I hardly ate the same thing twice, they have a lot if variety and really good. 😍❤

These people are so great we left a credit card in the room and they found it immediately and called us. we need more people like their employees in the world.

I didn't stay here, but I did work here. The level of professionalism from my boss and my co-workers was immaculate. Not only did they make me feel comfortable working there, but the training they gave me was excellent. Whenever covid hit, they really stepped up their game and put hand sanitizer machines everywhere, and they have a cleaning checklist where we clean everything really often.

I would recommend anyone looking for a place to rest from their travels to seriously consider hampton inn.

Clean rooms, super down to earth staff and an awesome breakfast spread despite covid. The staff even let us stay at the pool a little longer than normal so we could enjoy ourselves.

Staff was wonderful. We evacuated to escape Hurricane Ida. All staff members we encounter did whatever they could to make us comfortable.

Stafwas awesome and extremely friendly. Check in was quick and very efficient. Rooms were very clean and modern. I love the size of the showers and the overall stay was great.

Hotel rooms great. TV had more chanels then normal. Wifi no issues with video meetings or VPN.
