Fun park, kids had a blast. Lots of activities to keep them entertained! Bathrooms were clean. We even had a view of the air show throughout our time there.

This is one if the coolest free city parks ever! There are a few different areas of the playground with a really tall play structure for older kids, and small play structures for littlest kids. There’s also a climbing wall, zip line kinda thing, and a really big sand lot with a volcano-kinda thing in the middle that is deceptively difficult to walk up because the sand makes it slippery! PLUS there’s a splash pad water fountain wet area! That part is not open year round. I mean it’s open, but the fountains aren’t running in the winter. All this is surrounded by covered picnic tables, very large grassy areas, walking paths covered by trees. Car parking. Bicycle parking. Clean bathrooms. Friendly clientele. We entered from the east side of the park where there is pedestrian access. On the west side of the park near the vehicle entrance, there is a skate park! And 4 half basketball courts, plus a boulder, I guess for bouldering.

If you choose to give a thumbs-up 👍🏽 or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

In town visiting for family gathering and wineries. Wonderful park in the area to stop by, something for kids of all ages. Lots of room with shaded / unshaded seating and picnic tables. Playground "castle structure" spans several levels which is pretty cool. There's also a large sand area and open fields room to play ball. We visited a Sunday morning and was pleasently surprised it wasn't super busy.

Our first time there today, we had a blast and so did the kids. 🤣 Excited to go back again soon!
Sand dune, big and little kid playground and swings away from the "teen hang out" basketball court and skate park. Plenty of seating, space and shade. Bonus there is a bathroom. Great for all ages! Don't forget to bring a Frisbee!

Multiple structures on the playground (climbing wall and nova ring among them) lots of open green space for walking/running, picnic areas, and splash pad. Restrooms on site and big parking.

What a rad find! After eating lunch at a brew pub in town, our waitress recommended this place for our kiddo to run off that wild toddler energy before driving back to Portland. They have several play structures for big kids and little kids. The tall structure's slides are super steep and fast, probably the first time I've been nervous going down a slide with my 2 year old on my lap! There are a lot of open-ended play type obstacles, rock climbing walls for both big and small kids, as well as some of the more traditional play things. Also a splash pad! I will definitely be adding this as a stop along the way next time we hit up wine country!

Well maintained park, with plenty of room. It has basketball hoops, skateboarding ramps, a softball field and lots of gravel trails to walk your dogs.

Great park for all ages. My grandsons are 19 months, 3 years, and 5 years. Between the play structure, the sand, and the splash pad, the boys have non stop fun for hours.

My kids had so much fun here. There is something for every age and nice water spouts to run through when you get hot! I would suggest doing the sand first then the water. But its up to you🤷‍♀. Well maintained bathrooms. For the parents there are a ton of benches and lots of shade to hide under! Great covered area but only saw one main one. Will come back many times!

I first discovered this amazing Park when I was looking for a place to watch the eclipse. It was an amazing Family Day and the best park I found in this entire region. We love to go here at least once a year even though it is a bit of a drive for us. It is worth it though.

Discovery park is awesome!!! There is so much to do here - the giant sand hill, splash pad, and super tall play structure are our favorite features. The park is huge - lots of walking paths and fields to play in. Lots of parking as well! The covered areas are wonderful as well - perfect for a party. Try and get a reservation - it's very popular!

We absolutely love this park. We visit family up here quite frequently and always come here with the kids. It's so fun in the summer when they have the water on. There is something for everyone to do.
