I am always happy with the service by the staff. 5/5 Stars. Worst Locations possible. Locations are far too inconvenient to get to unless you are in Bentonville. 3/5 Stars.

The branch manager is a racist. Very disappointed in the service. I want to make it very clear DO NOT open an account here unless you are white only. I will continue to make complaints until action are taken. She doesn’t deserve the title she has nor the respect from Fayetteville citizens.

The drive thru at the Joyce location is always excruciatingly slow. If the lobby is closed, get some more manpower on the window, please.
