Good bank but does forget change alot

Fantastic location. Recently used this facility during my process buying a house. Jamie Cornett was absolutely incredible! Took care of every possible need. Kept me informed at all time. Answered every single question I had. Extremely flexible schedule and was always available to take care of me and my family. Even helped entertain my kids when we came by for paperwork! I will absolutely use this bank again. Made the very stressful process of house buying a breeze!

This branch has always given me excellent service. Sure, I somehow pick times where they are backed up with multiple customers. But, they make sure to handle every transaction accurately, efficiently, and seeing if there is anything else that needs to be done.

The is by far the worst bank in Arkansas. I have a credit card with 500$ limit bc I don’t trust banks so with that being said I’ve been at 250-500 used and tried to make a small purchase for bread and it’s saying it’s at its limit now I have no degree in math but I can tell I’m not at my limit and money is coming up missing when paying off credit card so Public PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Been banking with arvest for over 10 years, last year I went in to get a 1 year CD loan purely to increase my credit score. Set it on auto draft and never thought twice. Last week I get a notice that my credit score had dropped 60 points. Arvest didn't auto draft my last payment. Call to try to figure out what is going on, was told I needed to come into a branch and make my last payment in person then they proceeded to take my last payment over the phone. ARE YOU SERIOUS? This wasn't disclosed to me by the loan officer when I secured the loan last year furthermore I recieved no courtesy call when my loan was close to maturing. Also if I need to come in person why take my payment over the phone? Completely backwards. They refuse to remove the late report from the credit bureaus. I have never had a late payment nor delinquent acct with arvest in 10 years yet they ruin my credit with something I got purely to help my credit. As soon I can I will be heading over in person to close my accounts.

Filled out a credit card application, asked for expedited delivery (on the application) and it was sent to a previous address instead of the primary, and not expidited. Ridiculous. I have a copy of the application and it was filled out correctly, and the individual that helped me at the location did their job. It was whoever approved the application.

At this point it's a gamble banking with Arvest, maybe they'll mess up bad enough that it actually pays off. What a garbage bank.

ATM didn't dispense my cash. Was told "it's finicky." This happend in a Thursday and it's now Monday and nothing's been done. Unforntently for me I'm now late in bills and may have to wait 10 business days!

So, STUPID! Fuel Efficient Vehicle parking sign. Really.

They will not cash checks written on their bank if you don't have an account there. Never had a decent experience at any arvest ever. Do not recommend.
