I was in your McMinnville, Oregon store and was fortunate to be helped by one of your
Trainers. His name was Nolan Jameson. He Was very professional and very customer oriented. I had an older phone that would not charge and had complications with transferring my company contacts, not a few
But many!! I never had a person try so hard to make the transaction work. I have retired from Bank of America head of training and this
gentleman should be in your corporate training
facility. He is a very good example of not only how your customers should be treated, but how your company expects their customers
experience to be. Can't say enough good things about my experience with this young
man. I have came out of retirement and now work for a senior living facility, in a management position can't wait to tell my corporate office of my visit with your company!!

Kayla was able to get my s23ultra to function as a digital key plus after it stopped working on my new car. She did so in a couple of minutes. Nobody else including the dealership could figure it out. We have always used this store for our cell phone service and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Anthony Soto is great! I've been trying to resolve an issue for over two weeks with Verizon through their customer service line, and they didn't seem to understand that the new phone I ordered never arrived at my house. I finally went into this store in person and Anthony took care of it in 45 minutes.

This is the best Verizon store in the area. We have many phones and many problems with them sometimes.
This store is the only one I found where everyone tries to help us. Even if they don't sell me something that day, they still help me.
Everyone of them is great.

Usually we get the shaft every store we show up at. Not this time. There were a few roadblocks that came from the computer after another store had rang up some crazy charges that made no sense. Jarin was able to fight the roadblocks and we watched him ,call out directly, every person who stalled us on the phone. He spent a lot of time (hours). He was able to finish off the old problems, add a new line, reduce the bill overall and also connect a visual voicemail app on a non-verizon phone.

I'm a delivery driver for hello fresh foods when while on my route my cellphone charger cigarette lighter power source quit and this Verizon store went way overboard in allowing me to charge my phone and battery pack for an hour so I could return to work and finish my route. I give them 5 stars for outstanding service for strangers. Clean store, fresh cold water, professional service that I could tell. And hinted if I needed service in future to please come back.

Please ask for Allison!!! I had a HUGE problem with my phone not working and she fixed it quick & efficiently.. this was my BEST experience at a cellular Verizion .. shout out to Kayla as well! She took the care & time to get my dads phone set up and help me reset.

I have gone to this location in my town many times and always received great service, however the last two nights I have received outstanding service from one employee. I acquired three new phones, upgraded my plan, and saved over $800 on two of the three phones and $400 on the 3rd. The next night, I went in with the rest of my family added a new line to the account and upgraded the two phones. Again saving $700 and $800. I've been a Verizon customer for many, many years but would not continue to go to a location such as this if it wasn't helpful. McKenna was extremely knowledgeable on all of the plans that they have and assisted us in getting the very best deal that we could possibly get monthly, as well as saving money on devices. She was more than patient when answering questions that we had, even if we ask them more than once. She offered personal service through her phone and was grateful to have our current and future business. I'd recommend making an appointment with her anytime. Thank you McKenna... Great customer service is always acknowledged by me!!!!

McKenna provided the best customer service I have received from any retail store in the past year! She really went above and beyond to ensure our unique needs were met and always with a smile and with the care you would hope a sales rep would provide to their family member. I had to replace my phone and Christian at the Verizon store was a wonderful salesman. While everybody in the store was already busy helping others, including him, he made the effort to come greet me and came back to help me when he was available. He helped me find a phone that would meet my needs rather than just sell me a phone that had options I would never use. I appreciate his great customer service.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! I went in with a few issues, some dealing with my plan and the other was my phone had taken a fall and was completely unusable!

Staci was amazing, she went over and beyond my expectations. She was able to help me with my plan and ordered me a new phone. The new phone came to my house the very next day! Very impressed and will be continuing to use this location :-)

The sales representative-- Misha-- who helped me get my new iPhone 13 went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job explaining to me the benefits of switching from my old iPhone 11 to this new one. He also got me set up with Verizon's home wi fi and it is working like a charm! Plus, almost 4x cheaper than what I was paying with Xfinity. All around a great experience... two thumbs up!

I scheduled an appointment with Micheal towards closing hours. He ended up staying open an extra 50 minutes to help me and got me an update for a phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I got the best deal possible as well. He was extremely personable and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable as well. I was very impressed with his customer service and would highly recommend Micheal to help with any issues, updates and new devices!

Wow! Best service I ever got at any phone store! Jason, Miranda and Josh all helped me with the transition to my new phone. All were great to work with, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. Kudos especially to Josh who helped me greatly with some mix ups that happened with my contact list. He spent lots of time with me on multiple occasions, he knows "everything" or if something stumps him he takes the time to find the answer for me. I consider him my personal Verizon specialist, not only got his phone number in my contacts but his picture, too! I feel like I am visiting family whenever I go to the store. Try it -- you'll like it. (Note: I saw some really bad reviews from a couple of years ago and I am sure those reflect the previous sales staff... they were terrible and went out of business. Those old reviews should not reflect on the current staff at the new store who are great.)

Every time I come in this store, I am treated like a very valued customer. My needs are always met by anyone I speak to and always leave happy. I've encountered a lot of problems with Verizon and the people here have solved every single one. I'd love to praise individuals but the truth is every employee here is amazing! Such a great team, I would recommend them to anyone. (:

We worked directly with a gentlemen named Ambrose and he was amazing. He was very polite and did everything in his power to keep us satisfied even though we were in there for 3+ hours dealing with customer service on the phone. Job well done, my wife and I recommend this store.

First of all, just gotta say, Drew was absolutely fantastic! I called around 8pm after waiting all day to potentially get a call concerning the new Pixel 6 Pro shipments coming in, but I hadnt heard anything. So i called just to see if they had any in stock, which they did. Drew informed me she would have been right on it calling me, so i know it wasnt her I talked to earlier today and yesterday. She got right to work to see how she could help me get the phone I wanted, and worked to make sure I knew how much I was paying with trade ins, and promos. I originally wanted the 512gb, which she said she would ask their inventory person if they could order it and call me back the next day.

Already a wonderful experience. Drew messages me probably not even 10 minutes later to inform me that they werent sure when the 512gb would be available, but we could do the 256gb now, and have it arrive in December due to googles lacking supply, understandable.

She was prompt, honest about prices, and plans, and broke down payments with the discounts and my monthly plan, all of which wasnt required. And remember how I said i called at 8pm? They close at 9, any other person would have shot down the request, and not done all of that work at the end of their day. So Verizon store manager, please understand Drew is absolutely wonderful, did a fantastic job, and I am more than a happy costumer. Look forward to getting my new phone soon, on an awesome new plan.
