Both ladies behind the counter on this busy Friday were professional, kind, thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. The day probably felt like one of those where everything that could happen did but they remained stoic and friendly. Kudos ladies.

Dallas DMV, friendly staff and short waiting times on average. If you have to go to the DMV, it's a good choice.

They take care of both drivers license and vehicle registration/tabs/plates. Only 3-4 people working up front so it can take awhile. Bring patience. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

They went the extra mile to help me when no one else at other facilities did. She defined the issue by making a few phone calls to keep the process moving forward. Katie went the extra mile to help me in every way! Very impressed and THANK YOU!

Amazing service! I just stopped by to change the name on my driver’s license due to marriage, and she offered to take the time to go through the process to upgrade it to a Real ID. So nice and helpful!

3rd in line, dealt with a friendly staff member to renew my drivers license. In and out quickly.

I had to register out of state car here in Oregon and was inside of the DMV for a total of 15 mins! Fastest DMV experience of my life! The lady behind the counter was super sweet as well! Very different than what I have experienced back home in Texas!

The twice I been here the crew was fast and new what they were doing, absolutely proficient. (2021, 2022)

They did a great job and went through the numbers quickly. I also made new friends!!

In spite of being super busy, following the recent hack into the system, they did a great job of getting people taken care of quickly and efficiently.

i went to this location by mistake, my appointment was originally in the dalles so i misread. the man at the door was super nice & squeezed me in even though i was at the wrong location. the line was short & the woman at the desk who helped me was extremely kind as well.
dmv’s have a bad rep in general for bad customer service but this dmv was nothing like that, all super nice & friendly. *chefs kiss*👌

In and out. Simple as that, some hiccups on my end but they were super efficient, and everyone was friendly there

In and out in less than an hour this location always has the best stuff very friendly very helpful and encouraging people sounds strange to say about a DMV but this is one office I don't mind going to because they make it painless

They are amazing. Showed up at 9am on a Friday got helped right away. Needed a title and reg transfer and I was out the door in about 20 min 🙏🏼
