Metro by T-Mobile

Came into Metro to fix my boyfriends phone, he was able to make phone calls but not receive them. Garner and Eli were absolute troupers! Garner was on the phone for at least an hour trying to help us out, they both figured out that the phone was port blocked. Garner and Eli were very helpful, the people on the other line, not so much. We did have to end up getting a new phone number for my boyfriend, but I have to give a shout out to these two guys that work there, they were the best!

I auto pay so I'm never in the store though. But since cracking my screen I will be in soon to get a new phone 📱and see if anything positive has changed. I previously gave a negative review and was told that a manager would reach out. Nobody ever did. I will comment with what happens

I drove out here last minute trying to get something for my niece. The Rep that i got unfortunately i cant recall his name went above and beyond to see to it i got exactly what i needed for my niece!!! Thank you for helping me get a last minute gift. I will def be returning to this location in the future!

We just switched to Metro by T*mobile and so far we are very happy with the service, coverage and the customer service at the store :-)
