Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

I called the day before my visit for a blinker bulb replacement quote. Came in the next day and they swapped it out free of charge! I was so thankful for that kindness! Tested before I left and all seemed great. Not even a minute after pulling out it blew again! I swiftly pulled back in and they swapped it again for free and that if it happens again it could be an electric situation and to come back in or see a mechanic! Wonderful experience!

I came in just to have my 3rd member level checked. They checked it, asked if I wanted the fluid removed and replaced as it was foamy. I declined as I can perform that myself. And...NO CHARGE! And the guys are very friendky!

Fast and easy service, got my oil changed the other day, and a headlight fixed today.

I got a good price on tires and installation at the Jiffy Lube in Dallas. Worth the drive, Brian Zettervall did a solid and hooked me up with these 80K mile tires. Ask any of his costumers who went through him, he will find you a fantastic price. Saved at least $400 from what Les Schwab would do and my tires were pretty much at the same price as 50K mile tires.

The Jacob team was extremely efficient and their attention to details at this location keeps my family coming back.

I came in here today and received nothing but the best. They were very informative and helped me get exactly what I needed. I will come here everytime I need help.

This store is where I usually where I take my vehicles to get their oil changed. I saw the Albany store had a $20 off coupon online so I asked them if they would honor their coupon and they said they would! I was really happy they were willing to give me the discount since they didn't have to. Just a sign of their good customer service at this location.

They did a quick but complete job of changing the oil and checking the filters. One of the filters wasn't very dirty and they didn't try to convince me that I needed to replace it which was something else I like about them.

They also offered to vacuum out my car but I had to turn them down as my two dogs (100lbs & 79lbs) would have made it kinda crowded for them! My dogs enjoy going on oil changes as they love to watch the people running around.

They were great and didn't to me off. They're fast and efficient. Most of them seemed very friendly. Especially a select few of them.

Jiffy Lube always does a great job, especially this location! They offer exceptional customer service - especially Dean! He was so kind and helped me out big time. I'm so glad I went to Jiffy Lube today. If you need help with your car, this is the place to go!

Gone here a handful of times for oil changes, tires and this last time my spark plugs. This store has a lot of potential than any other typical Jiffy Lubes. Good customer service, good mechanics, good prices. Well worth an hours drive. Hunter, thank you for your knowledge and expertise, very much appreciated and it does not go unnoticed! Thank you all for the positive experiences I have had at this location.

They took good care of my car even changed my wipers for me

This was the quickest oil change I have ever had done on my car! Everyone was so nice and helped me, and I also learned a lot about how my car works that I previously did not know!
They also accept coupons that are on their website, so this helps cover costs :)

Amazingly kind staff. Been here multiple times and will keep coming back because they are efficient and even include vacuuming the car out with their oil change service. I can't stress enough how wonderfully kind the staff is!

They greeted me with a smile and directed me to the office to check in. I was assisted in less than 3 minutes. They got my vehicle right in and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I waited less than 30 minutes total from drive up to drive off. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgable and I will return to this shop.

I contacted this location for a price on new tires for my pickup truck. I instantly received some options and requested a text message picture of the tire I thought I wanted. I thought the price was very good so I said order them. (35-12.50-18) I made an appointment for Saturday, went in got the tires installed, also a front end alignment and oil change. The whole process was so fast and smooth. The crew was above and beyond my expectations. I will be taking my car in next week. The facility was nice and clean too! Happy customer

Had called all the jiffy lubes in salem Keizer and not one had the materials or the personnel to help fix the chip in my windshield. Finally called jiffy lube in Dallas and they said come on over! I was greeted with the most friendliest guys! Jacob was beyond what I expected and had me out of there within 10-15 minutes. I will drive all the way to Dallas for any service I need and recommend them to everyone I know!

Excellent customer service! Bryson and a few other coworkers answered all my questions throughly.Very professional! Took the time to explain everything to me even with being busy. Just went to this location and was really surprised with their service. I’ve gone to other jiffy lubes or service stations before and they are always rude and trying to up sell me on tons of services when i told them I just wanted an oil change. This place was completely different. I was greeted very quickly and met with to talk about what I wanted done. They quickly inspected my car and I was out literally with in 15 mins. It wasn’t super busy but they had a few cars in the bay. They checked all my cars essentials. Changed my oil and filter. Did some vacuuming of the inside. Put air in my tires all for no extra fee. Robbie Kyle and Kiley were all very professional and courteous. It’s always a treat when businesses are friendly and efficient. Def recommend visiting the Dallas Jiffy Lube. Thanks guys
