Best Western Dallas Inn & Suites

This is a very clean Best Western. Still has some of the older interior, but it is spotless. The bed linens white, clean, comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Employees were professional, kind, and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Mckenzie was great! She helped me with everything I needed and cleaned the room spotless. Also Coral was outstanding! She got me fresh towels everyday and made sure I had everything for my stay. Fantastic service from both of these amazing girls. I think they deserve a raise honestly.

I stayed here with my mom for a new nights when I was moving into my college dorm in Monmouth, and the stay was overall great.
The staff was awesome. Braxton checked us in and was informative and kind. Carley checked us out and was the cutest! She let us know she was new and apologized for being slow but I would have never known and I thought she did great.
Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, and the room was very well taken care of. The housekeepers are good at there jobs! 5/5 :)

They are so friendly, even the positions that don’t require a positive personality.

House keeping has been amazing. My kids look forward to seeing them. My items have never gone missing. Very trustworthy! (& these are items that could be stolen easily)

We have had weird requests that Lance and Hayden have make work out. Morgan helped diffuse a situation that was exposing my often dormant angry side. Colton is just about the best there is in the field of management and hospitality. Katie and Marika make our requests seem like they aren’t burdensome.
There are at least 2 more house keepers, a handyman and another guy that I can’t remember by name at this time, but have been great.

I just wish that they would repair hot tub. Yes we are 5 minutes away from the city pool, but it sure would be nice and I feel like it’s in their ability to look outside the company and get it repaired.

We slept in a big quiet room that was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. Mess were cleaned up immediately by the attendant. I felt completely safe eating there.

As I was traveling for work, I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western in The Dallas, OR. and I'm so glad I did. The room was clean and spacious. The area was safe and offered plenty of eating and shopping options. I felt completely comfortable walking around the hotel and leaving our car in the parking lot.

The hotel offers a lot. There is a business center, if you need it. There is a gym which offers a lot ans an indoor jacuzzi that is pretty sweet. The complimentary breakfast the next day was unforgettable. I arrived late and had to leave early the next morning, but I had a blast at the Best Western Dallas Inn & Suites and I can wait to get back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful here! Ran into room troubles, and they resolved it very quickly and on a way that we were very happy, stuff happens. Not great swimming, just a hot tub, but my nephew and niece enjoyed it. It is not high end, but we've used it a couple times when we visit Dallas, and we've been happy. The breakfast isn't amazing, but good variety, and I've been happy with it.

The hotel was very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast offered some tasty protein choices as well as the usual carbs, and was being constantly monitored and replenished. Do be aware there is no elevator and request a first floor room if that is an issue. Overall, it was a good experience. We were here for a wedding on a wedding block of rooms.

We've stayed at this Best Western once or twice a year since it was built and have seen many changes. Our latest stay was by far the best we've seen since we started. The room amenities were great, the continental breakfast has vastly improved. Overall it felt like a big city hotel in our little Dallas.

The room we were initially given hadn't been made up yet, a surprise to the young man working the front, but we were promptly given a different room without any hassle. The room is good, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each room is amazing! I also needed a sewing kit, the older gentleman at the front desk not only gave me one, he helped me with a few toiletries I forgot to pack. Did I mention he has an amazing mustache? We he did! And breakfast was really amazing, they turned the typical bland free breakfast into a waffle bar, oatmeal bar, and lots more goodies, I'm stuffed! The only thing I can complain about, the juices were a tad watered down, but really I didn't care. So I would definitely stay again, and recommend this establishment to others!

I picked this destination while traveling through Oregon on pleasure and it was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and hotel staff was very friendly and accommodation. Close to stores and easy to get to but off the main roads so it was quite. Nice large rooms with freigirator and microwave and beds are firm but not hard. I’d stay there again.

Rooms were very clean, everything worked great. Had a sanitized remote. Hallways and exterior were clean as well. Comfortable beds, nice shower. Super helpful and nice staff. Great breakfast!

Very friendly staff! A huge help as far as giving me info on places to eat, also being a single female traveling she made me feel comfortable and put me in a room right next to the lobby!! Rooms extremely clean. Great place to stay!!

Fantastic team extremely sweet and helpful. I wish I had names but we were helped by both a man and female and they had exceptional service and extremely big hearts. They helped us with our friend Robert and his service animal and we're amazing. We don't have enough thank you's to explain our gratitude to you both and your team.

We had a disaster at home and had to stay at a hotel for 4+ months. Staying at a hotel for so long is never easy. However, the staff at the Best Western in Dallas Oregon made the experience as painless and as enjoyable as being away from home can be.
The hotel is clean and nice, but its really the staff that take the cake. Raphael, Kelsey, and Jaime were the staff we got to know the most! They were always there with a smile, and quick to assist. They offered much more than just a professional experience they made it a personal one, and made you feel like you were take care of by friends.
The cleaning staff Maria, Monica and Elvia were amazing as well, every morning they would say good morning with a smile and did an excellent job cleaning the room! Kaitlyn (sometimes she was doing front desk too!) and Rebecca were there in the morning making sure breakfast was always stocked well and made a monotonous (after 4mo) still something palatable!
The manager Andrea has done a great job hiring friendly warm people and it shows how much care goes on behind the scenes. We were there during a few staff changes and we were impressed with the care that went into training the new people! Although we only saw Colton for a few weeks at the end, but he fit right in with a warm a friendly personality and helpfulness.
I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Also, the staff here actually does maintain the hot tub, unlike some places we have been!
PS: Raphael, thank you again for changing the sheets when my grandson barfed on them, and thanks for doing it with a smile!

Natasha was awsome and super helpful! My room was very clean and smelled like cotton candy, but the guy in the closet was a little odd in my book. He said he was a room guardian and his service didn't cost extra so I didn't question him, he just waited until nightfall and the stood in the window peering out into the world. Just before I fell asleep I heard him whisper "sleep well sweet prince" When morning came he was gone and left a note behind saying " I hope you slept well I took the liberty of fending off the dragon so you would enjoy your stay I hope I didn't wake you please come stay with us again" definitely 5 stars would stay again!!

Back in March I had amazing get away with my girlfriend. It was the beginning of her vacation week and we had two days before we met up with her two boys. It was an awesome jacuzi room outside of Salem (where we wanted to stay but it was crazy expensive) which isn't far , but for less than the price for a regular queen room in Salem. And it was huge too. We never left the room except to eat, need I say more. Amazing amazing amazing!!!! A++

First, the hotel is well located, to enable travel into Salem, of which Dallas is a suburb. Second, there's a very good sports bar-hamburger restaurant within walking distance. Third, the staff was very friendly and helpful (i.e., where is there a restaurant? etc.) Fourth, and this is what made it different, the room was incredibly clean and fresh when I arrived. I stayed because I was on a trip to photograph some of Oregon's covered bridges, and this hotel is convenient to a number of them.

Really nice king size room. Clean. Quiet. Large tv. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was great. Has a waffle maker..plus eggs, sausage , bisquits and gravy.. And lots of cold items.
