Autumn has groomed my Bea since she was a puppy! I’ve always been happy with her groom and my Miss Bea loves her. ❤❤

So i have to say my experience today was great!! Falon did a great job grooming my dog and was very friendly. Also Makyhia was also very helpful when i came to pick up my dog. She even helped me pick out treats for my pup. Very satisfied with my visit and will say all the workers are definitely good ones.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The groomers are also top notch. Autumn does a fantastic job!

The lady there was super helpful, I will be returning back there to have Prince, my Pitbull groomed.

The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and beyond friendly. We are always able to find exactly what we need, and they have many options to select from. Checking out is always quick and easy. I love their bettas— they have so many colorful fish! We have one that we are so happy to have! 🐟

I take my dog here to be groomed several times a year and they do a great job. He never seems stressed when I pick him up so I feel confident that they treat him well.

I really like this one. We just got 2 little puppies and had an issue with worming them, but the woman we spoke to really helped us with getting the right medicine for them, and when we took them to get harnesses the young man was very helpful as well.

The gal that works with dipping the cats is very pleasant. She took time out of her already busy day to help us and teach us best way to do treatment at home. She went above her job duties when she held onto our kitties file for almost a year.

The staff is always super nice and I had a really good conversation with the head dog trainer there over how I trained my dog. They've normally got some type of deal going on. I took my girl there the first day I adopted her four months ago, and one of the staff members still remembered her.

Top Tier customer service. Clean, fresh, stocked and KITTENS ! Also their employee Jodi is the sweetest and I've noticed she goes above and beyond for customers satisfactory

Great place. I took my large dog in and had her fitted with a harness. The staff loved her and wonderful working with her. I'd definitely recommend them if you need pet supplies.

Justin was bar none-the most helpful associate in the store, and in the retail industry!! The manager, unfortunately, wasn't as helpful. People are human, so I wasn't upset. Yes, the prices ARE higher, but only because nothing sold there is garbage. (all high quality merch)
We spent a small fortune, but I love to spoil my pups!!
Will definitely return!
