The Gillies staff went above and beyond to get us into our first home! They are all friendly and supportive. We bought our home 5 years ago and they still include us in holiday events. My niece and nephew went to the Easter egg hunt yesterday and absolutely loved it.

I have not used the Gillies Team to buy or sell a home but they hosted a free community event for Easter and it was great. It was well organized and fun and the hosts were great and friendly and helpful. They put a lot of care and effort into a 2 hour event on the weekend I can only image how much care they would put into helping someone buy or sell their home.

This Easter hunt was THE BEST! Thank you for making the beginning of their spring break great! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to the next event and if I know if anyone that may need your services, I'm DEFINITELY gonna refer them!

Tamara was an amazing realtor who helped us every step of the way and provided her insight based of her experience on both a business and personal level. She was always patient and understanding of both my wife and my wishes in a house but also listened to the kids and considered their wishes as well.

Tamara really came through for us because she knows what she is doing as a realtor. We were going to lose our earnest money if we did not close it on certain date but she helped us to find another lender who helped us to close it within a week. She worked with the lender the entire time to make sure everything went on smoothly and even save us about 5K in closing cost. I will highly recommend her to anybody who may need her services.

I had been renting for several years prior to making a long term commitment to reside in Northern Virginia and began looking at homes on the market to determine what I wanted in a home and where I needed it to be. When touring an open house coincidentally listed by Eddie Sharma, I happened upon a real estate agent I immediately recognized was a good match for me. Eddie did not pressure me and waited for me to make a decision about getting serious and provided excellent guidance and resources to aid in that decision. He began sharing existing homes we discussed that would meet both my wants and needs in a home and location. In instances when I identified a home I was interested in, Eddie actually took the time to drive to these homes and capture video and pictures to further inform my decision making process. Once I identified a home I was earnestly interested in, Eddie literally within minutes secured an opportunity to view the home in person and within two days had me under contract. Eddie worked diligently and went above and beyond through entirety of the process and provided sound guidance based upon his experience in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area relative to the home inspection and appraisal of the home. Without Eddie's services it is unlikely I would have been able to close on this home. I highly encourage any prospective home buyer looking for property in Stafford County to seek Eddie's services.
