Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had not used this rental place in 3 years. It is good to know they are service focused after the times during COVID19. I was given prompt courteous detailed attention. They (Ethan Shelton) were both professional, friendly and right on the mark. I recommend Enterprise HWY 395 Hermiston.

I've rented through Enterprise for years. They have the best customer service I've experienced with rentals. They will always be my top pick! The cars are up to date, free upgrades whenever you have a vehicle selection that cannot be provided, and the unlimited miles make this company far superior to other rental companies.

We had nothing but a great experience with these guys. Great prices, nice vehicle and so good on gasoline, returning was easy too!!

Great employees awesome service, I have rented 4 times there, 3 out of the 4 vehicles were well worth the cost of renting them. However, the 4th was not the case. While the customer service was still awesome as all the other times I had been there, the truck (2020 dodge ram 2500 turbo diesel king cab) it was an uncomfortable drive to say the least, the truck was hard to keep in the lane, was bumpy regardless of the speed we were going, and came with little to no extras, such as electric seats, didn't even have floor mats.... What's probable the worst part was that I had used the points I had accumulated from the previous rentals to pay for 2 of the 3 days, and I still paid almost $300 for the rental, and an additional $150 in diesel. So as much as I really have nothing but good things to say about the employees, I don't know if I will go there for a rental again.

Easiest transaction I've ever had! It always makes me nervous driving a "brand new car". I was welcomed and treated very well during my lease due to my car being in the shop. They made it easy and stress free the 32 days I had the rental. Thank you guys so much! Made a bad incident much more bearable!

First time ever renting a car and I had a gentleman name Tyler help me and he was absolutely great.. answered all my questions , explained everything in great detail and the visit was quick and easy.. so thank you Tyler you are great at your job !

Rental office in a small town in NE Oregon. Agent was friendly and helpful at pickup. Readily acknowledged gas tank state and small blemishes (ding on fender and crack in windshield). Agent accommodated dropoff at airport instead of local office. All in all, I have always appreciated Enterprise customer service and this experience was no different. Thanks.

This local office should receive awards for customer care. Every time I have dealt with them they have gone above and beyond to take care of me and see that I am happy. So appreciate how they have taken care of me.

Rented an SUV and the model I received was a Dodge Durango with a Hemi motor. I was a little apprehensive at first. To my surprise on my 540 round trip to Seattle WA. the Durango got good gas mileage of 24 miles per gallon. It drove very nice and was a comfortable ride.

The staff was friendly and professional. I however didn’t appreciate that the insurance was outrageously priced and then I was charged for four days when I only had it for less than three days. Update (Thank you Enterprise for refunding one day of my insurance expense).

After my last experience in Minnesota, I was dreading going through Enterprise again. Those lady's took amazing care of me. So refreshing. Thank you ladies!!!
