Villa Vaquero Manufactured Home Park

I have lived here for 30 years and love it more now than I did when it was three fountains. When I read the reviews of people that are complaining about the water being shut off it doesn’t make sense because three fountains would shut off our water almost every week and villa vaquero hardly ever does and the manager always gives us a notice to let us know but before the old manager would not give us any warnings ! Emergency is an emergency the pipes here are old and they have been replacing them with new ones. The dumpster area has always been an issue it has nothing to do with villa vaquero or the new owner it has to do with nasty lazy residents that have no respect and dump their trash on the ground ! We now have a nice pool and even a gym! I never see homeless people walking around here anymore The office people are always helpful and going out of there way to help if they can . Chyna is amazing! Any person I have talked to have nothing but nice things to say about her and this place . I love living here . Thank you to the owner for making it a better place for me to live at !

This park is under new management, and the new manager, Chyna absolutely the nicest person we have met in Arizona. She even bent over backwards trying to get us in here. 11/10 would recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!

China in the front office is amazing, she really took care of us when it came down to purchasing our manufactured home. She answered all of our questions, and concerns the community is a very nice friendly quiet, we have been in our trailer for not even a month and we have been very satisfied with our purchase. We are so happy to call this place home.

This mobile home park is Great my mom is the manager and she has been for that last 2 years and when i read reviews they say that she is great in most reviews some say she answers every question and is great at her work and that's all i have to say btw she didn't tell me to say this

They steal from their employees, If you have worked there within the past few months, please check your paystub. They changed dates, took out fees twice, please employees, if you need to file a complaint, contact the BBB, Thank you!!!!!!!!! and for the girl at the front desk your conduct was outrages and embarrassing.

Management is nice, maintenance guy I think his name is Gordon was helpful and on top of things

I walk into office to get information and lady at front desk was very helpful to begin with...

Im still waiting for a job opening.....but i will stay in touch.
