I live up in Portland, but will forever be coming to the store for any of my purchases. Connor is amazing he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and felt comfortable employee of the year. :)

The staff here has always gone above and beyond yo help with any minor questions I have had. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I have been led astray by other companies but never them.

Stopped in the store right before closing on my home from work to get a breakdown on my bill.
The customer service I received from Thomas is appreciated. He showed me a couple small fees here and there, showed me how to bundle and save. And was quite polite by surprise since the store closed behind me.

In the past Sprint stores have not had the best customer service. Barbara at the McMinnville corporate location has been amazing. We will only work with her as she is the only one that i feel has always been completely honest and does not only care about sales. She won't recommend we buy anything unless we want to and she is never pushy. She helps us even if we aren't making a purchase. I will forever travel the hour from my house and pass the other 5 stores on the way just to get to the store where she is. She has my family and friends service from here on out.

Had the pleasure of working with Joshua (trainee) and Cole (trainer) on 5/13. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed done quickly. There was no trying to sell me additional things or giving of bad information. Good job guys!

The customer service at this particular Sprint store is excellent. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They even let me bring my dog (well behaved of course) into the store while I did my business.

I switched to sprint from verizon in 2014 with barbara. Its been 6 years and she is still the only one i will work with. She is honest and i trust her conpletely. She has always led us in the right direction. I have never been more satisfied with a store experience. You will forever have my familys business as well as all of our friends. We need more barbaras in the world.

The people that work in this store are always helpful and are honest, I enjoy doing business with them every month because they always treat me great

This Store has been Very Helpful for getting Everything we need, for Getting what we need for Getting for The T-MOBILE Home Network. Very Helpful Customer Service too.

Great service had us in and out fast was nice not to have to wait around for hours

Went in there to get a phone for my wife and ended up getting Wi-Fi and a phone. The service was excellent and I can't wait to see how the Wi-Fi is.

So far better than anyone else. Great customer service ans cost less than other providers!

They have the greatest costomer service here in McMinnville. Very informative, love my phone. A year ago I would have never picked them, but i switched.
