So far everyone seems very nice. The bathrooms and showers are always clean. The manager Jan also is very nice.

Very nice people in the office. I lived there for five months. Owner is fantastic he'll bend over backwards to help you out. Jan office manager is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

People here are friendly. It’s in the woods and is a quiet place. For the location Andrew nice the staff was. I give this place 5 stars.

It's a OK place to live in your camp trailer if you have no where else to go but it's hard to get a place here. Rent OK

My soon to be alcoholic EX-wife, niece lives there, a little out of the way but a nice quiet area. People do there own thing, keep to themselves & respect each other's privacy.
