Absolutely great and friendly service at fair prices. Good selection of safes as well as other security measures not to mention fast locksmith service. No attempt to “up sell” me or sell me items/service I didn’t need. There is a reason why they have not only lasted but grown over the years.

Had several copies of keys made, each worked to perfection, and the customer service is excellent. The guys there are friendly, knowledgeable and great at what they do! I will definitely be back in the future ☺

I needed a new car remote key. Michael A helped me and the service was great. Then I went in today to have the key programmed. I was told the dealer had to program it because the car has a push button start. The Lexus service dept said I was sold the wrong key and they couldn’t program it either. But Michael A was able to get it programmed anyway. Thanks so Much!!!

Service was very good. They were very helpful. The restroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. They had a place to sit and wait for your key to be finished. ⭐⭐⭐

I went into Heights Security to get a key made. When I went in, there was a long line, and they looked very busy. I thought I would be waiting for 45 minutes or so. But I didn’t wait long at all. Heights Security had plenty of people working the counter, and they have a counter for commercial work and one for regular work. I got my key made after waiting about two minutes because they moved along so fast. I was more than satisfied, and I would definitely go back there.

Great service I call the store and ask do they fixed keys. My kids accidentally dropped the keys and broke them. Which at the dealership My keys cost $700 to fix. So I really didn't want to pay that healthy price. So I took them there it took about 10 minutes or so the older guy that fixed my keys. He was quick nice and professional. I would definitely go there again if I have any key problems.

Absolutely incredible service fast and professional. Jeffery (I believe) took us in even after just closing. He even came out to make sure the car keys worked. They are FULL service for even unimaginable keys and locks. DON'T go anywhere else. Super great!

Most personable and pleasant lock smith I talked to hands down. I spoke with Andrew and he told me to bring my car in and he’ll be able to let me know the least expensive option. I brought it in and I was impressed with their customer service and professional demeanor. They were handling a LOT of customers and able to make sure I didn’t feel forgotten. UPDATE: I returned for another key cut and reprogram. Again, stellar service and better pricing than the other places that quoted me. Andrew in the auto department and the rest of the staff are the best. I will return again, my mom needs a small safe, as do I. 🧐
