This dealer can check his records and I can show records! I WAS a customer who has been through the wringer with this dealership, disguising himself as a private seller on Craigslist and who knows where else. That's called Curb stoning!

I have a long story, but for the sake of reading, I'll try to condense. On July 4th, We came to Baruch to buy a vehicle, we paid cash on the vehicle we thought was safe and would be able to take vacations and road trips with, as he had said that in his Craigslist ad.
Once there, we realized that he was not a private seller as shown on Craigslist, but a dealer. .
We didn't negotiate the vehicle price with him, we paid the asking price PLUS the tax and a padded title fee that we weren't expecting to pay, because he'd listed the vehicle on Craigslist stating he was a private seller. He charged $195, plus $700 in taxes. We paid for it.
Then after a short road trip up north to try out our new car, we find that we could have been killed with the failure of the rusted frame. So rusted that it compromised the passenger side strut to the point of being so severely bent and couldn't even be repaired. Rust that was covered and cleverly hidden, using a coating similar to a truck bed liner, so that the car could be sold. I'll give him credit that after a verbal argument and an Advisement of Further action email, we were able to meet and return the vehicle for a refund minus the $195 registration fee. He was quite insistent that MVD was going to refund us for that.

However, MVD says he paid $51.89 to register the vehicle. MVD is refunding me $24.62 and I feel that it's right for Baruch to refund the remainder. He claims that he shouldn't pay money out of his pocket, but it's money that we paid him and we should get it back. I've asked for a receipt showing his payment of $195, and have sent two requests for the balance via Venmo, neither of which has been paid.

I really hated having to write this, it's been an issue since July 4, 2021, but I'm forced to leave this review, due to being ignored. Given the situation of this whole unfortunate event, I should not be out ANY money for this scam of a deal. I guess I'll remove this review if the Venmo request is fulfilled.

I should have trusted my gut.. This is not the place you want to go for a car!!!! this guy BORUKH BABAKHANOV will sell you a lemon and put you in a contract that you can’t get out of without getting lawyers. Save your money or go to a REAL CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!! The day after we purchased a vehicle it was over heating and leaking oil from all places, not a single WARNING OR SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF, they were deactivated. We got the car towed back from BUCKEYE. We called BORUKH BABAKHANOV and he completely ignored us and wont take our calls. We had to replace the entire engine and transmission. take your hard earned money somewhere else and don't get stranded in the middle of the freeway!!!

Ladies don t buy a vehicle from this person he's the most dishonest person I've ever met he is the exact definition of a used car salesman the cars he sells are ridiculously over priced and then the cars are not even performing like he says they will they break down as soon as you drive it off the premises and he refuses to do anything about it he's a cheat a liar bad buisness man .
