Man, they were able to squeeze me in almost immediately! And after a massive winter storm to boot! They were incredibly helpful and sympathetic to my situation. Everyone I met was great and I plan to use them in the future!

Like a lot of people, I am almost as nervous taking my car to have it repaired as I am going to the dentist. You're always afraid of what you'll find out, how much it will cost, and how you'll be lectured for not flossing as often as you should, etc.

I chose Jon's Complete Automotive Repair because they had such a comprehensive explanation of their service, experience and credentialed (ASE) expertise on their website. I was not disappointed. It was an OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Dan (my contact at Jon's) was in the midst of answering my e-mail inquiry when I called him about his opinion of my car's problem. He was friendly and accessible and gave me a sense of competency and expertise.

When I arrived at the building to leave my car at the nite-drop, the building and grounds were as neat as a pin. (No old wrecks, hopelessly dirty Airstream trailers and old outboard motor boats scattered around the parking lot ... the building looked more like the entry to a medical center ... very reassuring. The person who picked me up from the building remarked on the same thing - how reassuring it was that the building was so absolutely neat-and-orderly-looking.)
Dan called me the next day and explained that he had discovered the source of a disturbing noise coming from my engine. (A bad bearing in the alternator pulley.) He gave me a price estimate and the time it would take to do the work. He finished the work ahead of schedule and under-budget. (He should be a film producer ... the studios would love him!) Although there are several repair services 15 miles closer to my house, I am now a Jon's Complete Automotive Repair customer for life!

Jon went above and beyond to help us out. We are from Idaho and our truck broke down and he rushed it in and fixed it by the next morning. That was some of the best service ever. Customer service was awesome. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much. You guys rock
