I’ve been a customer for 20+yrs and had the pleasure of driving by unannounced from the east coast on a Saturday morning to find Collin at the shop getting ready to dyno tune a 400+ air cooled beetle. He honored me to a shop tour while I tried to see if it was worth having them go thru a 3.6 head for me. Simple answer was it wasn’t worth it. Straight truth from the ultimate hp enthusiast. Ordered a chip for my vr6, I called to see if they would get a chance to ship same day, I spoke with the owner and he was extremely nice and helpful didn’t try to rush me off the phone like most places, actually took the time to talk and listen. Even though he is under staffed due to Covid he has been working extremely long hours to meet his customers needs. I figured he would maybe get around to shipping it out next day which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but nope he went above and beyond and got it shipped out same day. I will most likely do business with him in the future. 5 stars all around 🤘can’t forget to mention, he also went out of his way to see where I was located and what elevation I was at, I’m at 6400ft so he adjusted for that, which was awesome. Hope your team gets better and you are able to get back to full capacity soon.

Literally the best aftermarket automotive parts company out there. In 20 years of modifying every VW/Audi/Ford/Jeep/Toyota etc. the parts and customer service from these people makes you want to stick with VW/Audi products. Never once have I ordered something form there that wasn't absolute perfection, and ever once did I ever have an unhelpful call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I drove to this business to get help with a very specific spring and cam setup for my 03 ALH Jetta. Colin was fantastic to deal with, extremely knowledgable and helped to increase my knowledge of engines in general. The price was more than fair for the time spent and parts purchased. A+! I'd deal with him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to whomever without hesitation.

The guys here are basically the model of going above and beyond for customer support and overall helpfulness. No matter what goes wrong they always try to help me out and send out replacements for broken parts immediately (I'm extremely bad luck with parts lol) I will always choose techtonics over any other for my cars.

Burnt up 3 OEM gaskets from my turbo to a custom downpipe on the 1.8T AWM, called up these fine folks that happen to be local. Got me a new gasket in 2 days. Slapped that thing in and no more leaks and the car runs like a cat on meth. Definitely know their stuff. Will be buying much more as the time comes. Prices are better than the other guys who are just suppliers and dont make their own gear.
