We had a great floor buying experience with Fjelland floors. We contacted Ryan at Fjelland about our ridiculously squeaky floors. He came out, assessed the situation, provided good advice and options on how to proceed. His assessment was that prior moisture issues in our crawlspace had lead to a very squeaky sub-floor which required removal of the existing laminate flooring and re-securing the sub-floor with screws. We discussed the pluses and minus of new flooring options and decided to go with a solid hardwood hickory floor. We chose to remove all the baseboards and existing flooring ourselves which saved some money. The installation crew (Frank, Frank Jr., and Martin) spent a week re-securing the subfloor, and installing the new hardwood floor and reinstalling the baseboards. From end to end the whole process was very professionally handled. Communication with Ryan and the office staff was clear, helpful, and informative, and I can't say enough about the install crew. They were there early every day until the job was done and they were meticulous in their craftsmanship. All-in-all a job very well done. We're very happy with the result and NO MORE SQUEAKING FLOORS!

We had an amazing experience with Fjelland flooring! We were in a bit of a time crunch, because we only had about two weeks between when we closed on our house and when we were moving in and the carpets were just completely destroyed from the previous owners. They helped us find an amazing carpet that worked for us and were able to get it installed before we moved in. It is fantastic and we love it. Their customer service is amazing, their pricing was phenomenal, they are personable, and we just couldn't have had a better experience. I could not recommend them enough. We will definitely go with them again for any flooring needs.

Great knowledgeable staff. The store is cozy with an amazing selection of samples to browse. We have been looking to tile the backsplash in our kitchen and Ryan Fjelland was extremely helpful in walking through what we were planning snd providing great suggestions. We brought a couple sample tile boards to our house to confirm the color and style. Ordered the tile and only took a day for it to be shipped to their store. Extremely fast service. Cost was better than Lowe's and the experienced staff made the process way easier than Lowe's or Home Depot. Definitely recommend!

We hired Fjelland Floors to replace about 1,200 sq. ft. of carpet. We had a tight schedule due to our recent purchase of the home and needed the new carpet installed prior to moving in. Just had carpet installed yesterday by a family of 4. The very best experience overall. Customer service from placing the order to the the finish product. The quality and experience at this shop is far above the normal. A family owned business serving the area many years. Will be back after the 1st of the year to order vinyl. Thanks to Jeff and crew.

Recently had hardwood floors installed. We found Fjelland to be competitive in pricing with the BIG box stores and the customer service was excellent. Our installer was very professional. The new floors look amazing!
