Came in there (The Verizon store) was looking for specific charger. And Jose got me to the best charger that money could buy as well as explaining the difference between wattage. Also, he ended up, guided me to a pure juice, 5K wireless portable charger along with a lightning charging cord. He was very helpful. Very kind and considerate along with, great patients. He’s a fine example of what a customer service representative should look like and emulate.

I'm very glad I went in to this store to get my new phone. I was welcomed by Sam as soon as I walked in, and he took very good care of me while I was there. He was kind, patient, answered all my questions (and if he didn't know the answer, he immediately found it), and was professional, yet casual (such a great balance - I love Oregon!). He walked me through everything at a comfortable pace: the pricing, options, set up of the new phone, etc. He didn't pressure me at any point during my visit. And for someone who's relatively new to the store and this line of work, I dare say he is already a model employee, based on my experience. I'm pleased with my new phone and feel confident and supported going forward should I have any issues or questions with it. I highly recommend you go in and see Sam at the Victra store if you're looking for a new phone. Thank you, Sam!

Super nice people. Very patient and very helpful.

For one thing the person who worked there opened the door for me. I walk with a walker so its always nice when some one opens the door for me. We sat down and the sales man went over my application, im wanting to add another line to my account. So, he and i talked over how much it would cost . He also added in a free tablet. When it came down to adding the line and buying a new phone he ended up not being able to do it today.The sales man was having technical problems at his store at the time i was there. We arranged for a time that i could come back and we could finish our business. The sales man apologized but these things happen , i said dont worry about it and that i would be back at our appointed time so we could finish our business

We were greeted by Louis and helped through the total process of upgrading our phones from start to finish. Will never visit any other store.

Joseph was absolutely awesome! All of my needs were fulfilled and he explained all of my options that were needed. His staff was impeccable as well. I was even able to get setup with Dish! I will continue to come to this store! Thank you Joseph!

Daniel is amazing! Especially for being so new. This go wireless has certainly changed over time and in the best way possible. Josh kept us talking and laughing while he was training Daniel and made sure we got the most bang for our buck!

Extremely helpful!!! Super friendly! 1st time making my own account for a phone and it went so smoothly! Defiantly will keep them as my provider. Hard to find good customer service now days.

Erica was great. She was trying to help new employees and me at the same time! Her multitasking skills are amazing!! My customer service is experience was joyful!! The only issue we came across was a $100 accessory offer that I wasn't able to use because of the fine print and the district manager didn't even offer to give any a charger or phone case for this inconvience. I do and will recommend this Verizon.

Joseph the new Store Manager was a thrill! We got excellent and quick service, and he even stayed past his shift to make sure all of our needs were met. My fiancé and I both got new phones and got a few extra incentives to sweeten the deal. He catered our experience specifically to us and kept us laughing all the while. I would definitely come back to this Verizon store next to Subway for future transactions and or questions. He also might be able to save us some money on our ridiculous cable bill, so we may be back sooner than later!

I had a great experience at this store Andrew got my phone set up quick and easy. also he showed me a few good tips to make my phone using experience pleasant. love the work they do.

Zach has been amazing we have been here for several hours activating SIX LINE'S! on top of that he had to do the order THREE times because the order wouldn't go through and kept saying we had multiple accounts. He was amazing and treated us with so much respect. I can not tell you how much I appreciate that. We were with our previous provider for 14 years and left due to being treated poorly.
