Aspen Dental

I established care with Aspen Dental earlier this year. I have had four visits so far and have been very impressed with the care I have received. I was previously with Willamette Dental for over 20 years and was hesitant to transfer care anywhere else. This morning I saw Dr. Belhouchat and his assistant Chloe and they were both fantastic. Last week I saw hygienist Christian for a routine cleaning and she was great as well. Initially, I did have issues with scheduling and calls not being returned. However, since then I have had a much better experience. Would recommend.

The staff at Aspen Dental was fantastic. I expressed that I was nervous about seeing a dentist as I have had some issues in my past. They talked me through everything and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I had a broken front tooth (!) and made an appointment to have it fixed. I was a new patient, so they had to do the x-rays, etc. After the exam, I was told to make another appointment to have the tooth fixed. I broke down crying, explaining that I thought I made the appt to fix my tooth. Chloe and Jess were so amazing, they asked Dr. B if he could please take care of it—and he did!! I was so relieved and happy! I have never felt so cared for at a dentist. This was a great experience. Thank you.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the procedure was fast and felt no pain. They made me feel comfortable and the staff is very helpful.

Kassidy is hands down the best manager there is. She is caring and passionate about her job and she always treats me so good. I had an emergency with a tooth and she walked me through every step of the way with different options and took care of my problem within 24 hours. The oral surgeon she had referred me to was also top notch in care. I appreciate all the staff at the McMinnville clinic for being so kind and patient while i was in SO MUCH pain. Everyone here really cares about their patients and their needs and I just want to say thank you so much for everything you guys do for our community!

After having numerous traumatic experiences with dentists and dental surgeons in the past, I was leery of going to another. A recent situation occurred and I had no choice but to go to the dentist. I went into the McMinnville, OR office on Thursday and was able to make an appointment for the next Wednesday. When I arrived both times, staff were extremely nice, showed concern and addressed all of my concerns. I would like to give a special kudos to Jess and Dr B. Jess went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything we were going to do and listened to my concerns and made sure they were all addressed prior to me leaving. Dr B
Is definitely in the right profession. His bedside manner leaves the patient with confidence in his ability to care for them while making sure they understand all the options. I look forward to continuing my dental care with Aspen Dental!

I don’t usually do reviews but I had to for these guys! I got my first ever surgery (put to sleep and all) because of my wisdom teeth. Everyone in the office was super kind to me and asked multiple times if I had questions and made sure I was comfortable. I’m healing up great and I highly recommend them for this procedure. Dr. Mitchel is wonderful and so was the girl assisting him! I unfortunately forgot her name. But thank you Aspen Dental!

This last visit was great, my cleaning was all pain free. The dentist was very nice an did a great job. She was very informative about what she did an did not do so as to let me know about the payment we paid... very considerate.

I really enjoy myself every time I visit Aspen, the ladies at the reception desks always greet me and my fur baby Zoey with the warmest and most sincere smilesl. In short, I love the people at Aspen Dental, and won't be switching anytime soon. I love you guys and ladies. And as for the service i received, they are always very professional.

I'm impressed, I arrived to my 1st dental visit in about 10 years, the first thing apon arrival is filling out their questionnaire for medications your taking and allergy to things, then straight to full mouth x-rays, maybe takes 5 minutes, then they took me to a room with a patient lounge and the actual Dentist comes in asks a few questions, I wear plate dentures, the reason I was there is my lower denture was hurting the lower inside of my mouth, the Dr sprayed something into my lower plate and had me put it back into my mouth for about 3 seconds and I let him have it again, 3 minutes later (he had used a tool similar to a dremal tool) he gave my lower plate back again and had me put it back into my mouth, WOW FIXED... IM IMPRESSED

Came in today as an emergency first time customer.
Was worried after reading some reviews.
BUT everyone was super kind, helpful, and professional.

Very professional and caring staff. They got me in to see a dentist right away as I came in as a walk-in with a dental emergency. Recommend treatment and future appointment set up in no time at all!

Dentistry has never been my favorite. Just shy of a heart attack. Although if you must go, I recommend McMinnville's Aspen Dental group. Great people, and if you're like me then, well, it's always best to have the Best in the worst scenario.

Great experience and extremely kind staff. I could tell the doctor reviewed everything in the file before coming in to chat about my concerns and treatment options. Most of the time I've gone to other dentists I've been heavily judged. There wasn't a single moment at my visit I felt shamed or embarrassed about my condition. Looking forward to the next visit. Thanks for being awesome. 🙂

Wonderful team at Aspen Dental. They are kind and courteous, explain everything they’re doing and helped walk me through the private pay and financing programs. Today was my new patient exam and I will see them again in only 5 days to begin my treatment plan.

It's a good local dentist office in McMinnville, Oregon, they said that I need a deep gum cleaning. and to brush my teeth more often 😬.

Had a broken tooth into the gum. Even though i was a new patient they were able to see me on short notice. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the dentist explained everything carefully to me and understood my anxiety about pulling the tooth. I will see the dentist next week for extraction and expect I will be treated as respectfully and as caring as today.

Tara did a great job descaling my teeth. She did everything in her power to make sure that I was comfortable and tried to complete the job with the least amount of discomfort possible. Highly recommended
