Entered the property on a Saturday afternoon and during the week, the property is spotless and very quiet during each visit. Shannon in the office is extremely nice, attentive, and very helpful!
My family and I are looking forward to being part of the Shamrock community!

Nice little mobile home park. Great neighborhood. Great location. Very well kept on the outside. Conveniently located right up the road from west gate entertainment district and the state farm stadium.

This is hands down the best place we've been to in all our travels. Affordable and the staff is amazing. It's one mile from Westgate with a million things to do. Would recommend to anyone.

My wife and I are medical traveling workers, needed a place for our RV to call home for an assignment called and spoke with Shannon, she was very helpful, we went to see the park, it was very very nice, in an equally beautiful area, Shannon was great and we are looking forward to calling Shamrock home.

We stayed here for 2 months, Feb and Mar 2022, and found the park to be clean, quiet and in a convenient location. Shannon at the office was so nice to deal with, it made our stay! We would stay here again.

We've living here for about 5yrs. The place is clean, quiet and secured at nights, which, gives us peace of mind. The staff is great. Really love it here. Only thing is, there is not enough parking spaces, that we rarely need anyway but, would be great to have. All in all very nice place to live at.

Lived here for over a year so far, I love living here avoiding the high apartment rent!

I lived at park have nothing bad to say. The park is very quite at night as well day. I wish the streets have better lights and pave the open parking. Also put a brick wall along Glendale Ave.

This is one of the nicest Parks it's very clean they have nice security at night that's a quiet very clean Park each lot is separated by fences so you feel like you have your own space

This mobile home park is a five-star Park. It is one of the cleanest and well-managed parks in Phoenix. Each mobile home lot is separated by fencing giving you feeling of privacy. It has security at night.

Olga is a very nice professional office worker. She got everything done as she promised and made me feel like I was the only person she had to take care of.

It's a very nice,quiet place.Very clean....and so close to Westgate area with so many shops and restaurants to choose from..

Very clean and quit price is a little steep for RV lot for a week. But it's almost kind of worth the extra. I swear i haven't seen or talked to anyone in this community. This place isn't small, mind you.
