Ridgeview Dental: Sandoval Tori DMD

Dr. Sandoval and staff were very caring and professional with my dental needs. They made me feel welcome and comfortable being seen in their dental office for the first time.

Great dentist and pleasant knowledgeable staff. There’s a lobby with tv, kid’s corner, sofa, chairs, fridge stocked with water.

They send text, email, and phone call reminders for appointments. They’ll also give a reminder card if you’d like one. They send email reminders of insurance benefits to remind you to use them before the end of the year. Orders are done timely.

They do see pediatric patients.

I'm actually loving this dentist and all staff! My kiddos can be a little extra during their visits. I get anxiety just knowing their checkups are coming up but everyone at Ridgeview was phenomenal! They were interactive with the kids and really made the visit incredibly positive. I couldn't have asked for a more nurturing and patient team. Thankful I found these beautiful gems. Dare I say that my kiddos had a blast at the dentist? They absolutely did!!

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had!! My dental hygienist was so kind, friendly, informative and helpful. She gave me lots of information that will assist in after care and never made me feel inferior. Dr. Sandoval was incredibly nice, helpful and caring. She listened to every piece of information and gave suggestions and advise. My only regret is not going to her sooner! Highly recommend!

I have to tell everyone about my experiences
with the ladies at Ridgeview Dental. They were so easy to talk to them about my fears about any dentist, but after the first appointment I realized that I can keep coming to every appointment. These ladies are all so understanding and informative about what I can do to make myself look and feel so much better.

Let me start by saying everything about this office is PHENOMENAL! Let's face it, a lot of things to do with dental work is either terrifying or really annoying. I know for myself, I tend to avoid dentists for a number of reasons, but I honestly look forward to going back to my next appointment! They were able to get me in earlier than my original appointment, were able to get my insurance information easily (you'd be surprised how hard it is in some places!) every single member of the team was SO polite, everyone's customer service skills were through the roof perfect! Meghan who cleaned my teeth was just wonderful, funny, sweet, patient, and awesome with my three year old who had to accompany me to my appointment. Then again the whole entire staff was good with him! Kelly who had to assist in 4 of my extractions was also nothing less than amazing! And of course Dr. Sandoval was a total rock star! I never thought I would love the destists office, but it was such a great experience I look forward to going back. Not to mention it is so clean and nice in there! The other reviews I thought were just too good to be true but they are true and Dr. Sandoval's team is THAT good!

I have been going to Ridgeview Dental for a couple years now, so I'll share what it has been like being a patient there.
Most of the time, going to the dentist is associated with discomfort, downright pain, and even a little embarrassment. Most of the time, you know going in, exactly how unpleasant an experience you're about to have, but Dr. Sandoval and her amazing staff have redefined what it means to go to the dentist.
When you first walk in the door, you're greeted and acknowledged right away. The staff at the front desk (and throughout the office) are friendly, yet not intrusive. They make you feel as if you have already been going there your whole life.
We've all experienced long wait times at a doctor's office, and everyone gets behind now and again. At Ridgeview Dental, I've only had a long wait time once, and but instead of staring at yellow wall with outdated watercolor paintings, I watched part of a Despicable Me on a big screen TV in a comfortable chair. They even keep a mini fridge in the lobby stocked with drinks, and a kids' table and toys so little ones don't get restless. The entire office is immaculately clean, and very tastefully decorated. Everything is orderly and neat, and I am not an expert, but all the equipment looks brand-new and shiny. Some people think this doesn't matter, and if you had asked me before going there, I may have said the same thing, but it really did give me confidence to see such nice, new equipment being used for my care.
I've already mentioned briefly that the staff was friendly, but honestly, it goes beyond that. Everyone I have spoken to there has been kind and they all give off the impression of being very knowledgeable in their field.
Honestly, I have my fair share of dental issues, and I have had other dentists in the past that make me feel horrible about them, but I have never once felt like I was being judged or scolded by anyone at Ridgeview. They have always gone out of their way to make my visits as pain-free and pleasant as possible.
Considering all this, you may expect high fees, but I assure you, her prices are comparable to, if not lower than anywhere else. Not only that, but they even worked with me on a payment plan when I had a large bill due to extensive work. And if scheduling is an issue for you, I have had many instances where they have worked around my schedule, and in cases of the occasional toothache, or urgent problem, they have always been able to fit me in, right away, day or night.
To summarize, I would refer anyone, whether you're just not happy where you are, or if you need to establish yourself as a new patient. The office is beautiful, the fees are very fair, and Dr. Sandoval and her team are wonderfully smart, welcoming, thoroughly helpful and even supportive. I have never felt better about my smile, which is beautiful, thanks to them =D

Best dentist experience I've ever had. I was amazed of the attention I received. Everyone, from the first person I encountered to the last was so professional,thorough,kind,gentle,and knowledgeable. They went way beyond any office I've ever went to especially, dealing with my insurance company no office went to all the extra steps. And most of all the pain was so minimal compared to all the other dentists I've been to. Even got a goody bag to take home what office does that anymore. Would recommend to anyone.

I can’t imagine a better dentist. I have been very pleased with my visits there. Dr. Tori is so helpful in explaining things and her advice seems very solid. My wife has had very extensive care to fix a few problems. Dr. Tori once made a very significant personal sacrifice in order to finish a procedure that encountered some problems and long delays. She stayed very late to get her teeth looking as good as possible and my wife was extremely grateful.

First of all there has to be a limitless amount of stars on here in order to rate Dr. Sandoval and her amazing staff, second off I had an emergency this morning that consisted of sudden unusual excruciating pains that had lasted through the day meanwhile I had spoke with her office and were able to get me in for an emergency exam. Dr. Sandoval and her amazing staff generously were willing to treat me and stay after hours just to tend to my painful burden to extract what I needed out.
Again Dr. Sandoval and all of her staff were so very kind and willing with purpose, I thank you all and thank you Dr. Sandoval for making everything better, I couldn’t be more greatful. 🙏🏼

I have been to a lot of dentists in my life and Dr. Tori is by far the most caring and helpful dentist I have ever been to. Her staff is amazing. I would highly recommend her to everyone. The scale will only let me rate her to an excellent I would like to go 1 more and say they are Awesome.

Dr. Sandoval and her friendly, skilled staff are incredibly thorough and explain everything clearly as they work making the entire process as painless as possible. You can tell they truly care about their patients, so if you're looking for a new dentist I highly recommend giving them a call.

One thing that I noticed right away at the office was how much all the staff cared about the people. All of the conversations in the office where very positive. It was a comforting environment and I was extremely impressed with all of my visit. I would recommend Tori's office to everyone.

You won't find a nicer group of people than at Ridgeview Dental! Dr. Sandoval, Tori, is one of the best Kingman has to offer for a healthy smile! She has done work on my teeth no one else has been able to in the 12 years I have been here. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our smiles! You are always greeted with a warm and friendly hello from the front desk and the hygienist's are gentle & will work with you for a comfortable cleaning.

I was an emergency patient having broken the crown of front tooth Dr. Sandoval and her staff made immediate a arrangements for me to been seen that same day even though their schedule was booked for the day. The service provided by the staff was extraordinary and professional. Dr. Sandoval's work was exceptional and accomplished with state of the art equipment and dental procedures and processes. I can't compliment this team enough. I highly recommend this group to everyone.

We are full time RVers so we travel a lot from place to place. My husband had a dental issue. This office was wonderful at getting us in quickly and worked really hard to get the issue resolved in the time we had in town. The most amazing part was when Dr. Sandoval called my husband personally to make sure he was doing ok and left her own personal cell phone number in case he needed something. That's the closest I've seen to a house call in a long time.

Dr. Sandoval provides excellent dental care to our entire family. However, just last week she and her staff went over and above what we expected to provide emergency dental care to my husband. Because he was in pain, not only did she graciously fit him into her busy schedule, she provided him with the relief he so badly needed. We would highly recommend Dr. Sandoval and her staff to anyone in the Kingman area looking for a kind, caring and knowledgeable dentist!
