Casa S Winery

Staying at the Casa S was a truly amazing experience. Both Josh and Roc were excellent hosts and the property is just stunning. Roc, the winemaker himself, hosted the wine tasting and it was the best wine tasting I had during my trip to Willamette Valley. He is extremely friendly and funny and really tries to accommodate the guests by answering any questions and sharing all of his knowledge of winemaking. I really hope to come back some day soon!

The hosts are absolutely wonderful- how do they keep this whole place both immaculate and comfortable, while also managing to create a fairy tale setting? We were so honored to stay in this lovely bed and breakfast. The morning meal was beyond delicious and the coffee was absolutely legendary. The wine was delicious also. Dream come true.

My wife I spent the weekend at Casa S recently and had an absolutely wonderful time! Josh and Roc are exceptional hosts and made us feel very welcome. We had a private wine tasting when we arrived and it was great to pick the winemaker's (Roc) brain and "nerd out" talking wine. The room was clean and well-appointed with a private balcony overlooking the pool. Josh's breakfasts were wonderful each morning and they also have snacks and drinks available throughout the day. We really felt pampered and can't recommend their B&B highly enough.

Josh and Roc are wonderful hosts! The food was delicious, the wine tasting was intimate and highly educational, and the overall experience was completely fun and relaxing. The home and small vineyard are beautiful! The pool, and especially the hotub, is a great way to end a day of winetasting. Would highly recommend a stay at this incredible Bed and Breakfast!

From the moment we arrived this gorgeous, private, comforting oasis swept us off our feet. The property is immaculate and one of a kind. The rooms are spacious and unique. The bed is extremely comfortable. Upon waking we enjoyed a fresh americano in the spa on a misty morning which felt like a dream. Josh makes you a breakfast that will get you through a morning hike. Fresh ingredients and savory to the last bite. While you’re prepping for your day I hope you get to experience Roe playing the piano, he is a man of many talents. You don’t want to miss the Casa S wine tasting experience. Their wine is not only delicious and smooth, it was the most authentic and informative tasting we experienced over our entire visit. They have an adorable dog and cat who greet you upon arrival and make you feel at home during your stay. Casa S was an experience to cherish for a lifetime and my only hope is to return one day with my husband and more friends. Thank you Josh and Roe. We enjoyed every moment.

Beautiful place in a great location, allowing a short drive into downtown McMinnville for restaurants, pubs, shopping, and a short drive to many of the best wineries in the valley. The rooms are spacious, and very well appointed. The breakfast was really good and deserved 6 stars, served in a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately, the April temp's were not conducive to using the amazing pool; we'll need to return when the weather's warmer. An added bonus was the chance to sample the wines made on-site. Enjoyed a great tasting hosted by the winemaker, which should not be missed if you're staying here.

Casa S was the perfect location for our 2-day visit to the Oregon wine country. We learned so much from Roc's informative remarks during our wine tasting (delicious, by the way), and Josh's gourmet breakfasts set us up for a day of vineyard visits, after which we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the plentiful snacks that were provided. If it had been a bit cooler we would have tried out the hot tub, but we were there during a heat wave. Nearby McMinnville has many charming restaurants and shops, and a farmers' market from noon-6pm on Thursdays. A very peaceful and relaxing stay, enhanced by Roc's afternoon piano playing, a beautiful home, and their 2 well-behaved pets (who have wines named after them)!

Spent the weekend at Casa S with Josh and Roc and had a wonderful experience. Their home and our room were clean and elegant and the hot tub was a great way to end the evening. The next morning Josh made an amazing breakfast and we did a wine tasting with Roc. All of the wines are created and bottled on site and taste great. Roc shared their process and how he creates the different varieties Casa S offers. Both Josh and Roc have a passion for their craft that is evident from the moment you walk in. We will be recommending them to our friends and family and will be visiting again in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend!

From the moment we pulled up the hosts made us feel welcome and very comfortable. This was very important as it was the first B&B experience my wife and I have had. Roc, Josh, & the household pup, Max, are great hosts. The property was stunning. Quiet, comfortable, and so beautiful. The saltwater rock pool & spa will make you feel like royalty. My wife enjoyed on site wine tasting from their 2018 & 2019 stock.

The room was large with private balcony overlooking the pool and fields. Large walk in closet, large shower and bathroom. Balcony is shared with a neighboring room but it was empty during our stay. With only one other couple staying at the time it never felt cramped and we had plenty of privacy to spend a romantic evening in the spa and pool.

The breakfast was over the top. Eggs Benedict with a fig salad that was so so so good. Followed by an amazingly fresh fruit salad. We enjoyed the piano playing in the morning with casual conversation with the hosts.

Other on site amenities included a gym, huge media room with recliners and a projector. The covered area was very nice to relax by and have a glass of wine.

We are already planning our next stay.

It was complete pleasure and joy staying here for two nights while we explored the wine country by day. The house is spacious and stylish. Incredibly clean. Attention to details that matter. Delicious food, good wine and music. We were lucky enough to hear Josh and Roc play their baby grand piano one morning.

We had such a wonderful time at Casa S! Josh, Roc, Max and Victoria were wonderful hosts. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. Josh is a spectacular chef and our breakfasts were all delicious. Roc gave us a fantastic and educational tour of his vineyard and wine-making operation. All of their recommendations for where to eat and what wineries to go to were spot on. We would definitely recommend a stay at Casa S.

Josh and Roc made our stay wonderful. Fresh roses in our room, culinary masterpieces for breakfast, beautiful scenery and architecture, inviting hot tub and pool, and an incredibly informative wine tasting were some of the amenities we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent 3 nights with Josh and Roc and of course Victoria. We took a bottle of 2020 Victoria Sparkling Rose to Cannon Beach!

This is such a beautiful bed & breakfast! We enjoyed our getaway here. I would 100% recommend this place for romantic getaway or even a great option for bachelorette/birthday party! There’s so much here not only the hot tub and pool but theres also the outdoor living space/bbq, movie theatre room, and winery! The breakfast and coffee was all delicious. There was only one thing that was not perfect and it was our bed, it was on the hard side and not comfortable. But besides that it’s such a lovely place to be. We would be so happy to return again!

Wonderful place to stay. My wife and I stayed here for our mini-moon after tying the knot. Great location to travel to other wineries, Josh is a great cook and Roc tends the wine and knows a thing or two about it! Will certainly be back.

My wife and I Enjoyed our 3 day stay at Casa S B&B very Much. From the time we arrived, They were very hospitable, and made us feel at home, from helping ourselves to the kitchen and coffee & tea area. Each morning they made breakfast or in our case brunch & it was Great.
We enjoyed the hot tub & the wonderful pool with slide & waterfall. It was so outrageous and fun, we took a bunch of pics. We are looking forward to staying again, Oh Ya we enjoyed Maxi, their loving dog. small but loves everyone.
Cant say enough how much we appreciated everything , and the personalized services ☺.

What a wonderful experience. Josh and Roc were wonderful hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit with them and the food, oh so good! Got to try some homemade Lemoncello. You can not buy it but if you reserve your room you can try some! Beautiful atmosphere, lovely rooms and fantastic food! Thank you for a wonderful visit!!!!

Best overnight experience anywhere, ever! We only wish we’d stayed longer. We chose it for its location near wineries we visited but loved it for all the extras! They had roses and local bubbly chilled and waiting for us (it was our honeymoon and they clearly went above and beyond) and the place itself is STUNNING. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the eggs Benedict in the morning. They even gave us a tour of their young winery complete with barrel tasting. Couldn’t ask for more hospitable hosts!

Casa S was amazing. I went with my parents to go to a brother's wedding. The owners show they really care, with the attention to detail they demonstrate, in the food, the amenities, and just the friendly nature they exude. I hope to be able to return.

We had the good fortune to stay here during our inaugural wine tasting trip to Willamette Valley. Josh will spoil you with restaurant quality breakfast each morning and Roc will tell you everything you want to know about running a small winery. We found the lodging beautiful and comfortable with unique Mediterranean style. We also greatly enjoyed the hot tub with cool lighting that changes colors. The pool also has a waterfall feature and a slide! They also allow pets, and have their own toy poodle Maximus and friendly cat Victoria who freely roam around the downstairs. We brought our puppy Appa and appreciated how much they adored him. The only negative I can think of is the shower's weak water pressure in our king bedroom. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and would come back myself!
