I've used Wilson's a few times now in the last two years. Every time they're great! Great customer service, they're quick getting items even with Covid ruining our supply chain, and quick instal. I've had a couple hiccups, but Larry always makes sure I'm satisfied and the issue was quickly resolved. They're a great company to work with here in Mac.

They did a very good job working with our older (uneven floor) home. Dealt with unexpected discoveries and plan changes well and professionally and we are very happy with the product holding up over the first 3 months to some severe kid (and adult and dog)-abuse!

You only realize how great a company is when you have a problem that needs to be corrected. Wilson's Carpet One installed close to 3000 square feet of carpet in my home about 18 months ago.
I was pleased with their selection , their sales and customer service, and the overall friendly attitude of their entire staff especially Marcia.
Within a few weeks of ordering my carpet, the installers were out of the house led by young man named Junior... he was professional, courteous , and above all , meticulous with his seaming and installation. The crew did such a great job of clean up at my home, it actually looked like it was brand new.
HOWEVER:
ABOUT A YEAR AFTER I GOT THE CARPET, IT STARTED TO LOOK EXTREMELY WORN AND I WAS GETTING READY TO PUT MY HOUSE ON THE MARKET!!!
I emailed Carpet One and the owners, Cindy and Larry, had an inspector out to my house within 2 weeks. Without batting an eye, they arranged to have the entire upstairs of my home recarpetted !!
The same crew came out to the house once again led by Junior and they did an absolutely gorgeous job.

You can't go wrong using Wilson's carpet one. Nice thanks to Larry, Cindy, Marsha and the entire installation crew.
