Maria is very knowledgeable. I have had my homeowner's insurance with American Family for many years, and now with Maria's suggestion to see what American Family has to offer, I have changed my automobile insurance (3 vehicles) from Progressive to American Family, saving me $1,200.00 a year. Lydia is amazing and great to work with. She is very personable and listened to all of our needs and concerns. We dropped all of our policies with another company and went with American Family for a little more than half of what we were paying. Maria was extremely patient while working with us. I did a complete comparison line by line with our existing insurance and what she was offering. Two phone calls and two in office visits before we switched from our existing insurance company to American Family. Maria was able to get us more coverage for the same price. Plus a major factor for us was having a local agency and agent to speak face to face is something we were looking for after 6 years of phone call and emails with previous insurance company. My USAA auto and home policy kept getting more & more expensive and I decided to call a local agent for a quote. I called the local agent Maria Boody for American Family Insurance and was surprised when she answered the phone on the second ring. I have been dealing directly with insurance companies for the last 30 years and was used to calling and wading through multiple menus and then holding for many minutes. Maria said she would work up a quote and to my surprise called me back within a couple of hours. The quote was more than $500.00 cheaper than USAA and we completed the swap over to American Family today. Maria did an OUTSTANDING job on this transaction and my wife and I could not be more pleased.

Maria said for me to call USAA and cancel my policies so when we got home I did just that and had to wait more than 30 minutes for an agent. It is so nice to have a local agent.
