Oh my gosh I am a little apprehensive to write this review because this place was so AMAZING very peaceful and NOT packed at all. It was such a phenomenal experience we joked that we rented the whole spa out for the day because it was that quiet and private. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and exceptional customer service. Arcasia was our spa tenant and she was very tentative to our needs and experience. She would check in to see if there was anything she could do or get us. We spent about 6 hours here. We started off with a tour guided by Arcasia then we ordered sangria (one red, one white) it was a drink package that comes with a chocolate tart that was absolutely delicious! We waited for our services in a private lounge area. The salt scrub I recieved from Moriah was rejuvenation to the body it was 55 min. We then came back to the lounge where the tart was delivered to us. We then went to the private jacuzzi where we spent about 2 hours, no one else was in the area Arcasia came out many times to check on us and seen if we needed anything she was happy to take our orders and deliver them to us. We then went back inside and jumped in the steamroom, what an experience! Then showered and they have everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, razors, boat wash, anything you need. We were going out to dinner after so we were able to get ready in their vanity area with out problems. Again they have all the hair products you might need to get ready for the evening. They close at 6 and we finished packing up around 6:20 and they never tried rushing us and never made mention to us about the time. You will feel valued and a high quality of customer service here.. they even gave me a beautiful birthday gift signed by the staff!!!! Wonderful place to go and feel appreciated and well taken care of! Thank you all for your dedication to high quality service!

My daughter and I had facials with Katie today. Katie is very professional and friendly. She did a wonderful job. Spa Botanica is a very nice and clean spa that offers a great selection of services. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time getting our nails done with Simone! Great listener, kind communicator and an excellent nail technician. We enjoyed the facilities, appreciated Alison and Stephanie's assistance! Pleasant relaxing day over all!

Spa Botanica is a wonderful experience. I was in Glendale, Arizona for business this past week and stayed in the Renaissance Hotel where Spa Botanica is located. I have never had a full spa experience and I generally prefer to go outside of the hotel I'm staying in for any travel, dining, or tourist experience, but one of my colleagues mentioned that she had free a 5-minute massage from one of the spa team which was so good that she went back for an hour massage which she really enjoyed. I looked at the spa brochure in my room and was able to stop by the Spa during lunch on the last day of my trip to see if they had any late afternoon spots available. They did, and I was able to sign up for a body wrap and massage. As I have never been to a spa before, I thought I would show up for my 4 p.m. appointment and that would be all. However, the very nice young lady who set my appointment (unfortunately I did not read her name tag) then proceeded to tell me that I would have access to the spa which included the jacuzzi pool, showers, and lockers, so I could come down early to relax before my appointment. I took this opportunity to come down an hour and a half early, and when I arrived the same young lady and Jaime were at the front desk. Both were very gracious and helpful. Jaime took me on a tour of the facility, got me some spa slippers and showed me where my comfortable robe, the changing room and lockers were. The kindness of the staff, and the clean and relaxing atmosphere was exactly what I hope a spa experience would be. I enjoyed the pool, and the Eucalyptus infused shower before my "Better with Age" body wrap and massage with Maria. I highly recommend the wrap and massage. Maria was wonderful and patient, and really helped me relax after incredibly busy work week. She also kindly let me know that they closed at 7 p.m. so I could relax in the lounge area until I was ready to leave. I was able to relax and read a few chapters of a book, enjoy another Eucalyptus shower and then head back to my room before closing time. I left Arizona early the next morning and was still relaxed and happy about my spa experience. I hope to visit again with my friends, and Spa Botanica will be on the list of places to visit. Spa Botanica is AMAZING!!! I started my services with an 80 minute facial with Kelsey. I loved the products she used and my skin looked 10 years younger when she was done!!! Then I had a 25 minute targeted massage with Roberto. WOW!!! He worked the knots and kinks out of my shoulders and back. The facility is so beautiful and calming. I was so stress free when I left and can’t wait to go back!!!

Spa Botanical is Awesome! I needed to find a place in the area to get a massage and let me tell you it was amazing! Tiffany was terrific very focused on what I needed and made sure the pressure was what I needed as well as making sure I was relaxed and enjoying it. Spa was very clean and the front staff were very nice and super attentive. I would absolutely recommend this place and plan to go back very soon!

The ease of calling and making an appt !! I called and spoke to Deborah a few weeks in advance to book 2 massage appts. She was so personable over the phone and informative.

Day of massages hubby and I showed up a little early to complete mandatory forms.

The lobby was cutesy w tranquil décor. Deborah showed us where the jacuzzi and cabanas were and then we headed downstairs.
Gorge unisex relaxation area before entering mens and womens locker rooms.

The locker room was pretty awesome. There were several vanity stations w necessities from womens feminine products, to make up remover, q tips, hair ties, deodorants, etc.
There was a separate shower room and toilet room as well as sauna.

While in the locker room, each secure locker had a robe and plush towel inside. The lock was digital and easy to use.
We were given slippers.

There's a nice quaint waiting area while you await your provider. There's several indoor relaxation chairs w pillows as well as refreshments and fruit water.

My Masseuse Tiffany came out to get me for my massage. Just walking to the room was an event, witnessing all the pretty massage rooms and different layouts according to services requested.

Tiffany was kind and professional and asked about areas that must be tended to and any areas that weren't preferred.

My massage was perfect for 50 minutes of heaven. Great, smooth pressure on a comfy and warm massage table.

After my massage I relaxed in the womens relaxation room until hubby was ready to hit the Jacuzzi.

Now once we got outside in that Arizona heat, we realized that we were literally already getting a jacuzzi hot experience and changed our minds.

Gorge nature surrounded us from the pretty palm trees and smaller plants to the cutesy hummingbirds that frequented this area.

We relaxed at the cabana and ordered a few well crafted drinks.

We ordered a Strawberry Banana Twister and Royal Apple Martini. Both delish !!
Lunch was an option but we were still full from our previous brunch so we opted out.

After baking for an hour under the beautiful Arizona sun, we freshened up and got out of there.

I highly recommend this spa for all services needed !!

I loved my 50 minute massage at Spa Botanica. Right when you walk in you are greeted and welcomed right away into the relaxation room. My massage therapist’s flow and transitions during the massage was perfect. She used different strokes and was very knowledgeable about how to alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. Her communication and professionalism was the best I have ever had. Spa Botanica is THE premiere full service spa in the West Valley. To top off the best massage I have ever had, the bathrooms and changing area was very clean and organized. I will come back and recommend Spa Botanica to anybody who wants a fantastic massage at a great price.

Spa is AMAZING! Immaculate place and they have a very friendly and accommodating staff. Environment is so relaxing! Catalina does miracles on my hair! Cut, color, the WORKS! I LOVE this place and happily rate Spa Botanica a 5 out of 5! As a client for over 4 years, my experiences and services for hair, facials, massage and nails have been nothing less than outstanding! The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgable, and great at recommendations. They cater to their clients and go out of their way to make the visit relaxing and memorable. I've ordered some amazing food items from the hotel restaurant and had delivered to the spa pool area. Talk about a day of pampering and relaxation! that you Spa Botanica for always providing a delightfully positive experience. Keep it up!

Had a wonderful experience at the newly revamped spa. I started with a relaxing massage and finished with a fantastic facial from Katie! I left feeling rejuvenated with glowing skin, can’t wait to come back!

Took my sister-in-law and mother-in-law here for a spa day with sampler package, including massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure($160 for 2 hours total). Love all the technicians and staff, who are so friendly and helpful. Had some really fun conversations with them and had a truly relaxing day. Thanks!!

Spa Botanica is located inside of the Renaissance Hotel in Glendale. Catalina who does it all at the Spa is AMAZING. Catalina has been my hair colorist and stylist for over 7 years she is amazing at what she does and is very sweet. She goes out of her way to ensure my experience is all that it should be. Go See Catalina!!!!!

I recommend this spa if you're ever in need for a relaxing day. I enjoyed their relaxation lounge and having lunch by their pool. The staff is absolutely friendly and attentive. You don't even have to have a service done you can just pay to spend the day in the facility. That's what I did and I loved it!

HIGHLY recommend anyone goes here that is looking for a high quality massage and/or facial. Great service each and every time, friendly staff members, and it's always very clean!

Great place to relax! Full spa with lockers, showers, steam room, relaxation room, pool and hot tub. Spa provides basic essentials for getting ready.
