Jackie has been amazing, she gets to the point, she is concise and if she doesn't have an answer immediately I know she will find the answer and get back to me. Communication has been excellent and timely, she is patient with my questions. My time with Jackie has been priceless compared to all my previous experiences with the accounting industry, by far.

I don't know what I would do without Jackie's help. She has organized my business finances in a way that provides a sense of security, which is extremely valuable these days. I feel like I have another member of my team, and I know that Jackie has my best interest at heart when she is doing work on my behalf. I can't say enough good things about her attention to detail, positive attitude and honest approach towards helping my small business succeed.

Jackie has such a wealth of knowledge about book keeping. She has helped me with trainings on Quickbooks and is always willing to help when needed.

I hate leaving a bad review but after several years of service she stopped performing any work on our account and kept billing me. She stopped doing anything at the end of September and by the end of November I had enough and I removed her access. She has not responded to emails or phone calls and according to social media she may have moved out of the state. Just highly unprofessional behavior and I would advise anyone to seek help elsewhere.
