We had a great 4 night stay! Bathroom and laundry facilities were very clean. The whole rv park was great. Will be staying here every year on our way through. The pool was closed was really the only sad part but it was Feb.

This did not serve as a good spot for us, but there was nothing that the campground did that was to blame. It is full hook ups for $50 and although the sites are relatively leveled and around 30 x 65 for pull-through sites, it still feels quite tight and close to neighbors. It is such a small campground that when full, like it was when we were there, it feels really cramped.

If you have a medium to large dog, there is really not much space for them to explore inside of the campground. They would need to be taken outside of the campground. That was a bummer because the surrounding area is not ideal to walk around in the dark. The designated pet area was too small for our pup and she was not able to use that area to go to the bathroom. So QUICK nightly doggie bathroom runs, will not be an option if your pup is picky like ours and refuses to go on gravel/sand/concrete/dirt. 😑

If you just need a place to stay as a stopover, get water, dump tanks, rest/sleep, no frills, this place will suffice. Or don’t have a dog and fine with close proximity to strangers, this place is great!

The host were very friendly and getting a site was easy and quick.

Well maintained.

Laundry 🧺 available $2 per wash and I believe $1.50 per dry. We did not use it so I am not sure of the true quality of the laundry facility but if it’s anything like campgrounds I’m sure it’s equally well maintained.

We stayed for five weeks. The owner Judy and assistant Vickie were awesome and very hospitable. Our site was good size for our 42ft motorhome. Only downsize for us was all the sand that came in our RV with our two dogs. Dust was everywhere inside but I did a thorough cleaning the day before our departure. We would definitely come again and highly recommend this RV park.

Checked in on Apr 5th around 530pm. The lady behind the desk was wonderful and accomadating. She gets a A+!

Nice park for Kingman. Looks like we got the last pull thru spot. We would stay there again.

Even tho it's right by the highway, was very quiet, spots were well kept, neighbors were quiet. Friendly woman at the desk, when I called to make reservation, she said to be safe on the way there, was very kind. Will stay again on my way thru.

We stayed here for a week in September 2023. We enjoyed our stay here, overall. We had a bit of an unexpected surprise upon check-in, but the check- in person made it right. At the bottom of the web site on each page it states: "Nightly 2 People $50.00, Weekly $350.00, Monthly $550.00" We expected $350, but they tried to add on a substantial additional charge of approximately $70 for two children to our weekly rate. When I pointed out what the web site says, they did not charge it. This could be a misunderstanding, but if their policy is to charge extra for children on the weekly or monthly rate (as well as the daily rate), it should reflect that. Since they ultimately did not charge it, I'm not deducting from the review for this experience. This is a small RV park, but it is clean, nice, and quiet. The pull-thru sites are short, as our rig took up most of it, but they are wide so that helps to make up for that since we can park next to the rig. The dog park is very small, but at least there is one. It's nice there is a pool, but it is not heated, and was very cold. Laundry facilities worked well and the people we encountered were friendly.

Staying here a few months while our house is getting ready. I can’t say enough good things about this park and the owner & employees!! Definitely a 5* rating. Super clean & quiet. Staff is great and accommodating. Centrally located to just about anything you need and even walking distance to food & Dollar General. If we were to continue full timing this would be our stationary park!

We stayed here for a night and were very pleased to see that the bathrooms and showers were excellent. Very clean and upkept. The only downside is that most spaces aren't leveled, which is not a big deal if you have jacks or leveling equipment. Great location as well just a few minutes from major retailers and restaurants and its next to the freeway for easy in and out. Thank you!

Stopped in to check availability. Gentlemen did not have anything available, but was nice enough to recommend 2 other parks.

Stayed here twice in 2023 . One nighters both times. Neat and clean, full hookups for $50 a night. Decent space between sites. Paved roads and crushed granite RV sites with a picnic table. Just off Interstate 40, easy off, easy on. Would stay here again when passing through.

Sweet little RV park. Everything is clean and neat. Management is super nice. Best showers we’ve seen in 2 weeks of traveling. Would definitely recommend.

We haven't even spent the night here yet but I feel the need to review. We arrived during lunch and the office was closed. The nice lady saw us and cut her lunch short to check us in. That's the first great thing to report. Then we needed a part for our rv and she directed us to the perfect store. Based on these two events I would highly recommend Ft. Beale RV Park

Great staff at check in. Nice pull through sites. Long term people are really nice too. That's unusual since we have kiddos. This was a nice overnight for us!

Very nice, clean, well maintained. Only criticism is the gathering of smokers at the office entrance, everyday the office worker that smokes is working. It would be friendlier if the entrance was kept smoke-free. The pool is closed for winter. Laundry room very clean. Didn't use the restroom so no comment about that. Enjoyed my stay. Will be back next time through.

Excellent, bordering on Stupendous. The sites are huge by any standard, the staff are very helpful and understanding. The WiFi is powerful and strong, even in the evening, when most of the parks I've stayed at were weakened by everyone being on it. Central to a lot of tourist-type attractions.
If I'm in the area again, I will stay here again.

The park was easy to find. It is located just off of I 40. There is pavement all the way and the interior roads are paved as well. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic.

Our site, 35, was a pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very reasonable for an urban park. Each site has a table and NON have a fire pit. Our site was flat but sloped to the left. Overall the park was well manicured.

The included wifi internet worked so so with a log in password. We used our own Verizon that worked very well. We did find plenty OTA TV. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers but we checked and found them clean. The off leash area is a joke. Postage stamp big.

Within easy walking distance you can find good restaurants and convenience stores. We found this park to be a well run urban RV park. We paid $50.00 and we feel we received very fair value. We will be back if in the area again. Be advised, this is a very popular park. If you can it is advisable to book in advance.
