Woodfield RV & Park Model Home Community

Woodfield is adorable. It might be the White Mountains' best kept secret!! We love the local hiking and paddling Show Low Lake (4 min away). If you're lucky, you can snag an RV reservation. If you're SUPER lucky, you can buy one of their beautiful, modern Park Model Homes as a vacation home. The porches are huge!! Love all the events clubs and activities too. Everyone we've met is very friendly and welcoming!

We stopped in for a 2 day visit in late May, 2021. Beautiful setting in the trees with particular attention by the park management to maintaining the flora and the fauna. We quickly decided to stay for the summer and we ordered a Park Model and selected a future site for the coming years. Absolutely love the place.

Ww own a one bedroom park model. We love it. The grounds are immaculate. The owners have strict rules about the premises so keeps the riff raff out.

We have spent the last 2 plus months here in our travel trailer. We have met many of the great residents who are here and they all love it! The owners and staff are super friendly and are willing to help you out.. We have enjoyed Woodfield so much we also purchased a Park Model which will be available for us to use next summer. Beautiful wooded area, paved roads friendly people.

In 25 years of RVing, Woodfield is our favorite park. Everyone - staff, other RVers and the residents in park models - immediately made us feel part of their friendly community.
The Show Low, Lakeside-Pinetop area has great shopping: Home Depot, Lowes, Safeway, Walmart, Ross, Big Lots and many unique shops. Plus great restaurants and beautiful scenery.
An excellent hospital - associated with Mayo -
Is 3 minutes away. Literally 3 minutes.
We enjoyed our two month stay in our RV so much that we didn’t want to leave ...... so we didn’t. 😊
We purchased our beautiful “little cabin” before we left. Best decision we’ve ever made.
This summer we spent six months enjoying the weather from our front porch. All summer we had cool weather; we slept with open windows under quilts. This autumn, the leaves turned and the aspens were magical.
Some RVers spend a few days at Woodfield. Some stay for a few months. Some stay for the season - coming back every year. And some decide to have a permanent base in the cool country and purchase a home.
For us, it is the perfect place to spend the summer.

We looked for a very long time before we found Woodfield. There is nothing like it in the Pinetop-Show Low area. We spent a number of years on the road each summer and nothing compares to this property. The Location and the staff are outstanding. So much so, we sold our rig and bought a permanent summer cottage there.

Woodfield RV is a new RV park in Show Low AZ. It's a great place to stay. Clean, quite and great location. Owner and Management are very involved with the park. Its still developing sites and park. Very tentative to the RV'ers needs. We'll definitely return. 5 Star.

We spent the month of October in Woodfield RV resort and could not have asked for anything better. Lots of trees, quite, no traffic, and perfect weather. This resort can accommodate just about any RV and we highly recommend it to everyone.

After a couple RV stays at the park and loving the people and the pine trees we decided to purchase our tiny cabin (park model) The best decision ever and we love all the time we spend there. Thanks to Chris, Penny & Smitty for making us feel welcome.Deb & Brian V

Quiet park with sites nestled in the pines, yet close to Lakeside and all of the area attractions and restaurants. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent wi fi service. Wide paved streets. Peaceful in the woods experience. Stayed for a month mid-summer.

Great new 55 plus RV park and park models. Very good location, close to everything but very quiet. Chris, Smitty, Penny, Randy & Jill were great, very helpful. Would definitely go back if in the area. Sharon

Woodfield is a great place to stay the summer season or just for a few nights. Everyone is friendly from the residents to the staff. It is definitely a home away from home.

Rv space was pretty small/tight. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great RV spaces, and awesome employees including the park owner himself. Close to everything the White Mountains has to offer, and any logistics you may need during your stay.

Beautiful park, the folks and staff are so friendly, even during the pandemic areas were controlled and clean. We had a 35ft motorhome and stayed for the month of September in spot 112.

Beautiful gem in Show Low. In the woods with convenience of being in town. The staff even helped us get in our spot!! What a wonderful place to write my book. Woodfield is a ton of ten.

Great new community in the show low area , 55 and up... several lots are still available with many more to come rv hook ups and smaller homes " park models " with block work and landscaping they are building these homes quickly with lots a little touches

Super friendly people and the curator took time to talk with us even though it was after hours. We're returning tomorrow for the full tour.

Its peaceful , quiet and and very private. A safe community and great place to get away and relax.
