Love the sales here...lots of choices for spring and summer.

Great assortment of clothing, shoes, jewelry, dresses for all ages, lingerie, home goods. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. Other store employees seemed busy with their work and the security gentleman monitoring women's petite section seemed creepy. Prices were average, even with the sales. Recommend this store for your needs.

Reliable and reasonably priced department store. Took kids for school clothes shopping and found what we needed!

Bought a necklace and the jewelery salesman, Dylan is his name I believe, was absolutely perfect in every way and so patient with me and my quirkiness lol He helped with every piece I asked to see and didn't pressure me into any unwanted purchases. I hope he gets a raise soon!!

This JCPenney was awesome. My husband, mom, and I went to the jewelry counter here to get my engagement and wedding rings, and the ladies behind the counter were so great to work with us and help us out with discounts and sizing and warranty plans. I would highly recommend going to this store if you live in the White Mountains, or even if you're just visiting. They're awesome!

Prices were very good especially with the email coupons. Store is very well stocked. Cashiers were very nice.

The sales clerk left her cash register and led me to the exact item I was looking for. She was over the top helpful.

Dorothy the cashier was the best lady ever. she helped me out and even helped me pick the right clothing for me along with helping me out and getting a smoking deal on new dress clothes. Will certainly come back again and hopefully she is still there

I had an amazing visit to JCPenney's today. It was my first time shopping with the Show Low store. I was impressed. Great selection of clothes. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. I will definitely return.

Went in to order Jean's today the Lady who helped her name is Tess was very helpful. She made sure the color, size, and when they would arrive was very clear to us . And she made sure we got a discount.

I haven't been in a J. C. Penney store for 40 years or more. The ones in Orange County, CA where I live closed down ages ago. I was SO EXCITED to go to Penney's and remember shopping there as a little girl. It was FANTASTIC. 👍🇺🇸❤

Nicer than expected! This store is in an older area but the store is nice and cozy. I was looking for a purse and found the perfect one! And on sale. Very nice sales staff!

Needed a Valentine's day gift. The jewelry is great for a nice gift. I have a JC Penny card and that helps with a additional discount. The gals working the department are super for helping me with the selection. If you check the description on the item it is a fair quality item for the cost. I don't need to spend a arm & a leg for something that is worn out or every day, that is the best thing out there. This set of ear rings were small and just what my wife was LQQKing for 10K not 14K but they are just what she was trying to find. So Valentine's day gets a A+. Check out the store and give it a look/ see ,,be fair and in the mid to upper range I think you will be surprised.

Stopped in at j c Penney's. There definitely was a sale. Purchased item was able to look up discount. Cashier was very nice,polite, patient. That was cool.

My wife loves this store. She said they have wonderful customer service and a great selection of clothing, etc. to choose from. She appreciated their frequent sales.

They had lots of cloths on sale & shoes. Very busy. Good prices any way lots to choose from. Lots of parking

Natalie the manager does a wonderful job in customer service. Displaying items is good and spaced so it is easy to walk thru with cart.
