Friendly staff.
Easy access to their facility.
Stayed in touch on completion date.
Bumper replacement looks great.
They even vacuumed and washed my car.....very nice!
Lifetime warranty on work as long as I own the car.
Great experience!

Super happy! My Toyota Rav4 was repaired before the date promised in perfect order! They communicated with me very well the entire time to let me know how the repair was going and the car was restored back to new condition which was important since we plan on keeping this car a long time. I was just over at Davidson auto parts looking for a solution to stop the water ingress into the trunk of my car, and they sent me across the street to Gerber. They gave me a roll of butyl rubber to replace the gaskets on the 3rd brake light. (free of charge) I couldn't be happier with how professional and nice the people working there are. Oh, and my trunk is nice and dry now.

my husband recently got his truck back from them. we highly recommend this place if you need work done. they worker so great with our insurence and did the best they could to get parts in quick. they were professional and really nice. the work they did was high quality.

I came into the office a little after they open and as soon as I walk in the gal behind the counter was super busy, there was someone already in front of me , phones ringing but Erica was amazing! She was busy yet she didn’t rush me made me felt value as a customer ! She was knowledgeable and help me with all of my concerns! I will most definitely be taking my car for repairs there just because Erica made me feel welcome and like family !!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Erika and the rest of the crew at Gerber Collision McMinnville. They took my small, but dire repair seriously and got me in and out in 4 days! They advocated for me with the rental car company and my own insurance! Then, returned the rental truck for me! Absolutely top notch customer service. Gerber Collision owes their McMinnville team for securing a customer for life. Thank you guys!

This office is great! Erica was easy to talk to and fantastic to work with. I’m very happy with my service and will continue to use this company when needed and recommend it to anyone I know that’s in need of a great body shop.

Everyone here is so nice! They even arranged my rental car and got my car done before they had promised. I strongly recommend them and their wonderful service. Plus my car looks great. Much cleaner than I left it.

The McMinnville location is amazing to work with. Every single person was great. Erica in the office is wonderful and truly goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. AVOID THE SALEM LOCATION and use McMinnville. McMinnville even fixed our truck after Salem "fixed" our truck. They have an incredible standard and work ethic.

We went to Gerber after a not at fault accident. They organized everything for us, the tow truck and the rental. It was nice to not have to worry about additional details. They were very helpful and kept in touch with us every step of the way all the way through picking up our vehicle. The vehicle itself looked flawless upon pick up. They explained the warranty of parts when you pick up and ask you to call if you have any issues after you leave. I would highly recommend them for their quality of work, their professionalism and the customer service they provide. I personally worked with Ben throughout the process and really appreciated him.

Outstanding service and body work! I’ve been unfortunate twice this year and both times I had the work done at this shop. The staff are courteous, respectful and extremely helpful - I can’t say enough good things about the staff or shop and will definitely come back here for any bodywork or glass repair!

There were some mistakes made, but they have a great staff that will work with you and always honor & correct their mistakes. You will get a good service. They keep their word and put customers first. I was pleased getting my Tacoma fixed by this shop and I would reccomend it.

I forget the manager's name out there but he really makes you feel in control and confident they're doing a good job. The job they did on my Acura was excellent and it was the whole front clip. Thanks a lot. By the way the new manager transitioned over from the old company which was true form collision

I just made my frist stop here today to start my issuance claim with state farm. Will update after repairs are done

As I walked in I was grated by the lady at the frount desk, she was very pleaset and was able to quickly pulled up my insurance claim. After pulling it up and verifying some information. She let me know I will have to wait about 10 mins And there is coffee and water while I wait.

After waiting I was tooken care of by (I can't remember his name) and he quickly and politely grated me and headed out side to get looking at my car I was able to sit there and talk to him from start to finsh.

Well I was there he was just finishing up with a disagreement with Geico (they sent a person out to talk with him) who was trying to not to approve some necessary parts to fix one of their customers cars. This is among one of trh main reasons I am doing a review early becuse this impressed me

Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond on the phone to help me through countless transfers through my insurance to get me on the schedule!

Gerber Collision and Glass are amazing! Adam is so friendly and knowledgable. I recommend everyone to go if you need detailing or a buff!

Went to get a quote for some repairs I was thinking about doing before putting my vehicle up for sale was very insightful.
