When I called Ferrellgas to check my tank and fill it if need be, their service is the greatest in the Bullhead City area. They are very reliable. Thank you Ferrellgas for your quick turn around time.

We started service with Ferrellgas when we purchased our Mohave Valley home in 2019. The prices steadily increased with new fees and higher rates, until we finally called around and discovered we were being charged much higher rates than neighbors using other companies. Also, when we first got the service, we could order online and request and receive a phone call letting us know when the driver was on the way to refill our tank. When the website eliminated that option, we had to call and speak to someone to make the request, and they said they would note the request on the order, but could not guarantee their driver would make the call. Several times, the driver simply did not call. Complaints about this were simply ignored. We finally switched to another provider this past month. Ferrellgas had assured us that the driver would call within two weeks to schedule a date to pick up their tank, as we were very clear that we wanted to be there when they picked up their tank. No call, and they simply opened our gates, came onto our property and took their tank. By the way, there is a $125 charge to cancel service (they charge the fee for tank pickup). After taxes and fees, the charge ends up being $134.99. They charge more per gallon for propane than competitors, and they have so many fees on their bills it's ridiculous. The last increase in fees (not the propane rate) was over 35%, and no warning it was coming. When we called, they offered no real explanation; just it is what it is, costs went up, blah blah blah. So glad we finally cut the cord and went with another provider with reasonable prices and better customer service. Their propane rates are considerably lower, they do not even have most of the "fees" on the Ferrellgas bills, and they are available to fill our tank with a week's notice (Ferrellgas requires two weeks for everything).

This place is no longer in business here. Google Search and Google Maps needs to update, building is gone. We found, across the street from where this WAS, a nice place,
