It's just a small run down place....wish they would fix it up...........(review cont)--later date than prev-----[I have been there lately and it is being fixed up,it does look alot better ,and if all owners would do this to the run downs motels here,it would brighten up Kingman a little bit]

Creepy place

This is by far the most disgusting motel I've seen in my life. There were roaches. The blanket had holes in it. The bedding was soiled. The floor was covered in a thick layer of filth. The room had no trashcan until I repeatedly asked for it from 2 employees.
The tenants constantly discussed drugs.

Adding insult to injury, the con-artists who run the place refused to return half of my deposit, they cited a "lease" that I had never seen, nor signed. According to the owners it said that I only get 25 dollars of my 50 dollar deposit back.
I was assured prior to giving management any money that the 50 dollar deposit would be refunded in full.
Nobody should have to deal with this sickening place.

Where to begin with this review. I walked into the motel paid for a week and then my troubles began. When i first entered the room i was mortified there was no trash can the sheets had holes in them dont even get me started on the curtains then i went into the bathroom there was red stains in the tub then to top it all off theres a peek hole in the bathroom door the door does not have a doorknob also neither does the closet door and thats not even the worst part everyone sewage  in the building became backed up and it never even got fixed before i left. Probably all of the workers in this building are on drugs and im talking some hard core drugs. my friend said she saw one of the workers was using meth right in front of her. What a disgrace you are all honestly better off staying in a outhouse.

Horrible rooms. Cockroaches and mice. Don't do it!😬 plus the fact that the mangers will walk into your room screaming 5 dollars 5 dollars if your interested in having visitors for a short period

Horrible owner there was no ac or heat, couldn't even stay in room. And when asked for a refund owner unlawfully denied it
