One of the restaurants that is located on premise of the Hilton at The Peak is Hole in the Wall BBQ.

Small seating area inside but it was perfect for our little group.

Some of us ordered the brisket platter while others got the brisket sandwich. We all did not finish our meal!

Brisket was smoked perfectly. Nice Smokey flavor, tender and the bbq sauce made it awesome.

Cole slaw was great as well as the cucumber salad. Chips are not homemade so expect bagged chips but they are decent. Side salads were big and fresh.

Small dessert menu but we were too stuffed to order anything.

Not overly priced, friendly staff.

Hole-In-The-Wall understatement this place has a beautiful view of the Mountains from the patio great service having a late lunch so will definitely be back to try the dinner menu

The restaurant has a unique decor that is dated back and kept in great condition.
Had my meals on the terrace, it was quiet since I visited a Monday.

Came in for lunch with a coworker and found this hidden place. The food was good and the outdoor seating on the patio was beautiful. It's a little hidden gem for sure! Keep in mind that the main BBQ food is during dinner although lunch does have a good selection of food. The staff was super friendly and attentive and we will definitely be back for sure!

We were greeted soon enough after we arrived without a reservation and were seated promptly by a funny and friendly hostess. Our server was David and he is an absolute hilarious treasure. His recommendations were spot on and the food was great. I've never had so much fun or laughed so hard just trying to order dinner in my life.
The salmon, brisket, black bean burger, and regular burger were all done up right, and with the sides, too much for each of us to finish.
We were fortunate enough to be staying at the resort, but if I'm ever back down here in the area or were to stay elsewhere, I'd make the trip back here for the food and the fun. Keep the recipes, and retain David at all costs.

Stayed at the Hilton for the weekend for a quick getaway & ate breakfast here, I thought we were going to have to wait a long time, becuase it was packed, and our food was ready right away!! So very fresh & delicious!! And our waitress Grace, was AMAZING to us!! I fell in love with her and even shared a hug with her when we left!!!

This place was good. Most people in phx dont know about it as it is a bit hidden and within the Pointe resort. The best part is the atmosphere in the outdoor seating whi h has a nice view of the mountains, the pool, plants, etc. Well shaded to avoid the sunburn. It is probably mostly frequented by hotel guests who come to AZ in the winter from cold parts of the country. I had the fried pickles and pulled pork sandwich which were very good. Friendly staff.

Fell in love with Phoenix, AZ. BBQ Joint in the Hilton Resort was amazing. Spare ribs were amazing and eating outside over looking the pool made it special.

During my recent stay this was the only restaurant open however smelling the BBQ being smoked was enough to get me to come in at least once a day during my stay. Get the eggs Benedict for breakfast with a side of pulled pork oroad it on some nachos. The servers and bartenders were great! Ali, Bryan and Jason.

For you Valentine's procrastinators, this place has it all. Great location, signature drinks, and a $98 dinner for 2. Look at that steak. Comes with a appetizer, salad, and TWO desserts. Come here now. No waiting.

Ribs were cooked to perfection! Veggies and mashed potatoes were awesome. Just missing cornbread. Highly recommend!!

Hole-In-The-Wall BBQ Joint was a hidden treasure. The smoky and tender meats were a true barbecue delight. The unpretentious, rustic atmosphere and friendly staff added to the charm. A must-visit for BBQ aficionados looking for an authentic, down-home experience with mouthwatering flavors.

The service at the Hole in the Wall was TOP NOTCH. Everyone was so attentive but not overwhelming. I like how they just take care of needs without asking. As a manager myself in the hospitality industry I can appreciate.
I did not spend time on the patio, but the view from there is one of the best in the desert. I'll be back in the summer.

The Christmas buffet was fantastic! Everything cooked to perfection! Our sever, David A., was on top of everything and provided us top notch service! A special thank you to Mr. Cherry. Our dinner was the cherry on top of a great Christmas!

We ate in the bar and the bartender was amazing. The service was prompt. The raw horseradish was spot on with my tender and perfectly seasoned French dip, the mushrooms were a nice touch. The drinks were tasty good and the hostess was the sweetest I highly recommend the the Hole in the Wall at Hilton at the Peak. The staff was just wonderful.

Awesome barbecue food, mac n cheese with pulled pork... yummmmm😋 They are refreshing the place at the end of 2023 - can't wait for the updates 😀

Drinks are the best! Ask for Ryan, the bartender. He is so kind and personal. He makes you feel like you're on an episode of Cheers! " Where everybody knows your name."

The BBQ is fantastic! Everything we had here was... breakfast, lunch, dinner, bloody Mary's, the Manhattans... but as awesome as the restaurant is, and a 5 out of 5 for sure, I want to recognize the people who staff it. Every single member of the staff here, no matter the time of day has been absolutely amazing. However, David, in particular, stands head-and-shoulders above the rest, and not only in stature. There are people who you can tell, enjoy their job, enjoy talking to people, who take significant pride in their craft, and as a former waiter, bartender, and barback, let me tell you, good service is indeed a craft! Within moments, my wife and I felt like we were talking to an old friend, not a member of the staff, yes, the restaurant is a 5 out of 5, but David is a 100 out of 5!
