Kim was very helpful with finding the best policy for me! She gave me a step-by-step breakdown of the process and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. She was professional and friendly during our phone call. 5/5 stars for her!

I have insured here for 17 years and they have always been outstanding. My recent experience was with Kim and even though I moved away from Kingman last July and don’t insure there anymore, Kim went above and beyond and sent me 2 plastic sleeves to keep my insurance cards in and mailed them to me in Utah. Thank you so much Kim you are awesome.

I don't remember ever meeting Tim. But his office staff has saved my butt on a couple of occasions!

Once, after buying a van and beginning a cross-country trip, I suddenly realized I had forgotten to insure the vehicle! I was over a thousand miles from home but one phone call and I was set! Sweet!

Another time I got pulled over — totally unjustified, in can assure you! — and could not locate the PDF of my Proof of Insurance on my phone. While the officer waited, I called Tim's office and they emailed the PoI to me but also spoke to the officer and confirmed I was insured.

They are always available. Even after hours! I know because I've spoken with State Farm After-hours Customer Service. I think it involved a breakdown.

It was a lovely experience. I needed to transfer my insurance from another state and make some changes. It wasn't easy, but Donna handled it all in an efficient and very friendly manner. I'm so happy to find a State Farm office as good as the one I was with for the last 37 years!!
