The Doctor’s are amazing! My step father was in JC Lincoln for 9 days and the care, compassion and honestly from everyone he saw was beyond what I ever expected. I truly can’t express my gratitude enough.

Just hope, you don't end up with a bill from these people.

Update: They were sending the bill to an address I lived at 2 years ago (and not the address I lived at while I was in the hospital so just completely wrong, apparently my mail was still being forwarded which is how I received the first) and when I was on the phone with Karen she accused me of lying because they ALWAYS return phone calls.

Karen, I have phone records showing I've called multiple for at least two minutes and since you don't have hold music we can all assume I was leaving voicemails, right???

Prior: They sent one bill (though they say 3, wonder where those went 🤔) and after I called several times and left multiple voicemails, because I guess at that time they weren't answering their phones, now a year later with zero warning they've sent me to collections for a $79 bill. 79 dollars. As if I wouldn't have paid it..... IT WAS 79 DOLLARS AND THIS COMPANY HAS DECIDED TO TANK MY UNBLEMISHED CREDIT.

I apologize that we live an era when identity theft is at an all-time high and thus I didn't want to blindly send my information in the mail.

I also apologize that you are one of about 13 companies that still manages not to have a website or a bill payment options other than that that would rival the technology of the 80's. But even then, they would've answered their phones more aptly wouldn't they?

I guess we'd have to liken their technological capacity to to simpler time, perhaps their still working with a switchboard? I digress.

I called them. I asked for a simple letter. I will pay you if you agree to remove the collections. After all, I did try to pay you, I truly did. If you had any idea the number of accounts I’m trying to pay off for medical debt, you would know that was true.

I, of course, had to wait for the answer. Alas, no. Not an option because apparently, that account has been in collections since September.

Fascinating. Since I haven’t seen or heard anything about that.

Thank you for being an absolutely wonderful to work with company.

Well, they certainly won't return phone calls left from voicemails. Absolutely will not "call you the next day"if you do manage to speak to someone. Definitely won't do their jobs. Have zero intention of being any amount of helpful.

Will blame the hospital for giving them bad information, nevermind even if that were the case had they simply returned any phone call that information could've been corrected.

Assume if your bill is through them, you'll get sent to collections.

Fantastically awful people to work with.

Awful. Absolutely awful.
I asked them to bill my secondary insurance, which they hadn't yet done, and somehow my bill then doubled. They have no explanation as to why. They always say they'll, "escalate it" and call me back, which never happens. Ugh.

I was lied to by the billing department ( dr Foley’s). They were paid in full and proceeded to turn me in to collections and for an amount that was well over what had originally been disputed. Be very cautious. Foley himself seems nice enough. Keep your eye on the billing dept.

Sent to collections after paying my bill. Seems like whomever runs the billing department needs to find a new job as this is not the first comment with the same situation.

Don't go near this company. they make your life miserable by not understanding your request and keep sending you same bill that resolved before.
