John at the Front desk and all staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. All staff went a I've and beyond to help, from front desk to maintenance/grounds crew to breakfast staff.

I was traveling due to a family emergency and had been on the road for about 18 hours. I am a Diamond member and used points for my one night stay. I arrived in Kingman at 9:30 am, well before even the early check in times. I spoke with John at the front desk and explained my long drive and reason for my visit. He helped set me up with the most convenient room for the circumstances. He also got me in right away so I could get a much needed shower and a nap, no wait whatsoever.

This hotel is extremely clean, the room was nice and accommodated my needs perfectly with the pull out sleeper couch. The hotel is well kept inside and out. Breakfast was quick and easy, plenty of options, especially to grab and go.

All in all I would recommend this hotel 100X over and 5 stars isn't enough. Thank you to John and the rest of the staff for a great stay!!!

Thank you for the lovey stay, my coworkers and I were in town for 2 weeks of testing at the proving grounds. I was able to choose my preffered room location, ensuring proper rest after a tough day on the testing grounds. Forgive me for not remembering your name- the gentleman who checked us in is a gem. We will likely be back in town for more testing.. looking forward to returning.

I was very impressed with this hotel, and was so surprised to find out it’s been there over 5 years; I was sure that it was brand new. That’s how clean, bright, and fresh it is, from the lobby to the rooms to the grounds to even the stairwells!
I was helped by Tabitha at check-in who was friendly, professional and smiling. Very efficient. At check out Reese continued the great service, friendly and appreciative of my comments.

I loved the bright colors and comfortable seating areas in the lobby, and this cheerful color scheme and artwork continued in my 4th floor room. The kitchen was detail-complete, lacking only a small cutting board, (which I would’ve liked to have to slice an apple rather than using a plate). The couch and desk areas were so complete, with everything you’d want, including good lamps/lighting. The bed, linens, and pillows were so comfortable! The curtain to pull to separate the seating from sleeping area was a good touch. Bathroom was immaculate, with a strong shower stream and well-designed sink with sides to place toothbrush, etc. I read one person’s comment about the closet area having a curtain instead of a door and the way that’s done here wasn’t tacky in the least, in my opinion. The whole suite flows perfectly.

Breakfast was better than any complimentary breakfast I’ve had at other chains, at this location. Instead of the cloying egg/velveeta cheese wrap offered at so many places, here there are breakfast bowls of egg/veggies/sausage, which was delicious! More like at a good restaurant than a free hotel meal. And something different for the usual yogurt selection: 4oz cups of Chobani, along with the usual Yoplait(s). Also of course all the usual suspects of breads, make-your-own-waffles, juices, cereals, etc. - and kept up well by the breakfast attendant on duty.

There’s a good small workout room with everything I needed and it was bright, light, and again, immaculately clean.

The outside seating areas are dotted with pretty landscaping plants, and colorful, comfy basket chairs and lounges/couches, where guests seemed to be enjoying their computer time and space. While I didn’t use the pool, it too was a clean, bright, comfortable area with sturdy red and blue Adirondack chairs and tables.

This hotel is located centrally off of Stockton Hill Road, between I40 and Andy Devine, with a nice newer Safeway in walking distance, near an older but safe-feeling tree-lined residential neighborhood. The front desk offers a little package of ear plugs in case you want them, which was a thoughtful gesture, but I didn’t need them.

I’ll always stay here in Kingman. Highly recommend!!

New, clean rooms that are comfy! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The small kitchen in the room has everything you could need.

The staff is friendly and helpful, too.

The only drawback is the noise from the highway. Heavy truck route with traffic all night. Not a deal breaker but maybe keep the air conditioner fan on to drown that out a bit.

This is a great place to stay while in Kingman.

We loved this stay! It was sadly for only 1 night, but it was a great night! The check in was automatically done on my phone, and I used my phone as the room key. I loved being able to complete bypass the front desk and go straight to our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area had good selections and was also very clean. The only thing I don't love about these hotels are the sliding doors for the bathroom. Maybe I'm just getting too old, but they seem heavy and hard to slide. It's not a deal breaker though. It was a lovely property. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to those traveling to or through Kingman. Thanks to all who made it a great stop!

We stayed here after hiking Havasu Falls. The location was great as it was only about 2 hours from the trailhead. The room was super clean and comfortable. It being a suite made it easy for us to reorganize our packs into our suitcases and wash some of our camping cups and utensils in the kitchenette sink. Shower was amazing after 4 days camping in the canyon. Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly. Breakfast was also solid.

Other reviews were right about the bathroom pocket door. It felt like it weighed 50 lbs and didn’t really have a handle to grab. Strange design.

Everything is great. I'm staying long term. All staff are wonderful except John. He set fire alarms off. I asked if everything was OK. He goes I set off the alarm. And he did it twice within 30 minutes of each other. He was rude unapologetic and he was just horrible. He didn't care. Also when I went to set up housekeeping he called thw housekeeping manager over and called me by the business name I work for. Instead of calling me by my name or by me as a guest. He has horrible Customer service and when I smile at him and say hello he gives a fake smile doesn't say hello back honestly I don't think he cares. I'm happy the rooms are really clean.

Location by the 40 fwy is great, rooms are clean and safe place to park. We usually buy dinner from the Safwway next door. We have visited numerous times and we have never had a problem.

If you ever have the misfortune of having to stay in Kingman, this hotel is great! It’s clean, has big fridges in the room with a microwave dishes and dishwasher. Right next to a Safeway if you need to stock up on anything. The bed is comfy and there’s a good amount of space in the room for yoga and stretching.

Comfortable large room with full size refrigerator and stovetop and dishwasher as well as the usual microwave oven. The location is a little off the major road making it a little hard to find but in a quieter residential location. Checking in for our room was easy, but for our friend a little delayed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wow best staff ever! Very clean, friendly, and will go over and beyond to help you with any of your needs! Highly recommended! We went due to an unfortunate circumstance do to the airport travel and rental car issues. It was such a rough two days they truly made it easier for us! I can’t thank John, Recess, and Tabatha enough! Truly thankful and blessed. Recess has a heart of gold and truly cares about her guest!!! So thankful for all the amazing staff there! Everyone there was so nice and welcoming! Everyone went over and beyond! Which we noticed too! Which is hard when we were already having a very difficult day. Thank you Hilton staff!!!

Our suite should have been called apartment. It was very nice and had a separate bedroom, kitchen, dining area, work area and living room. The bathroom was entered from two areas with two sliders. Service was friendly. Breakfast was the average Hilton style. This hotel is behind a Safeway grocery store that we walked to for food. I didn't notice any places to eat.

This place is affordable, convenient, clean and has great customer service. The staff at the front went above and beyond to be friendly and help us feel welcome and cared for. Maintenance staff was also kind. Breakfast was free and restaurant quality. We will be back!

Very clean hotel and right off the freeway. I showed up at check out time and the manager, John and his wonderful housekeeping staff had me checked in within an hour. The staff is very friendly and I was able to meet the morning manager, Terry, when I checked out and he was very friendly. The only complaint I have is the $75 pet fee. I have a small well-trained dog and I would suggest to Hilton that they charge a $75 deposit but once the room is cleaned when the guest checks out, if there are no pet messes, the deposit should be refunded. People tend to make bigger messes than dogs.
