Our Max is terrible cat and a cry baby but the clinic took him in took care of of his need thank God. They had the patience with him. Thank you so much 💗

I have taken in and rehomed many cats and dogs, so I have been to a different clinics in the past. Since I found Metro, I will not go anywhere else. I drive 2 1/2 hours to get here and 2 1/2 hours back home every month or two and will continue to do so as long as I keep taking in rescues. Service is great, staff is amazing. They make it easy and hassle free. No long wait time when dropping off or picking up. They call after surgery and let you know how your pet is doing so you dont have to wait and worry. Prices are affordable. 5 star service if you ask me.... Thank you Metro

We have done TNR for stray cats in our neighborhood and brought around 30 cats here for spay/neuter surgery. With all their professionalism and high standards of care, we have been absolutely thrilled with their work for years. We also bring our pets here for regular care and the staff is always top notch.

I’ve gone to this vet for years for all my pets and had vaccines, spay and neuter services for both cats and both my dogs. Their pricing is great and when they eval’d my dog prior to surgery this time they offered to remove retained baby teeth for a bargain. I have another vet near my house for emergency use but honestly the services I need for neuter were literally a $300 difference in price between them. They are a great service friendly and assist. Teddybear is happy well sort of (neuter). 🙂

This place is AMAZING 👏 😍 our 1yr old Italian Maltese Boyz were taken such good care of. This is the 2nd time we have used their neuter/ vaccine services and they were so great with our babies.
We were more nervous because we have a pup who has high anxiety... the male tech carried both boyz back and took their blankey so they could find some comfort.. They called us immediately when the boys were in recovery....I know they don't answer the phone in person but do leave a message, if you saw how busy they are it makes sense. I figure it's better to take care of the animals first, then focus on call back messages. THEY DO CALL YOU WITHIN 24HR. I had left 2 messages previos day, the following day 2 people called me back.
The boys are healing great, Sent boyz home w pain meds, meds for our anxious boys, and collars.
2 days later, we are full energy again 🤣
3 years ago they took great care of our grandpup too.

I have a beautiful pug puppy and this establishment did a wonderful job keeping her happy and taken care of when I brought her to be spayed. They offered many different services, and we're pretty reasonable in price. When I picked her up from the procedure, they made sure to provide me detailed instructions on how to care for my little lady . They were all so friendly. Thank you for doing such a great job 😊

Great place to take your dog to be neutered. The staff is very nice. They take time to explain the post surgery procedures. The best part, they are super affordable.

It was very clean and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable about their jobs. Sam was taken very good care of and such a ladies man. I was very pleased with Sam's care.

Awesome staff they are very friendly and were so sweet with my baby who got spayed. Tip: the cone we got from them was way too big. A friend of mine that is a vet assistant recommended we cut back the cone 100% better before she couldn't even move without catching something. Also, if you have questions after the spay you can call them and they were so helpful. Thank you so much for caring for baby Rey 💕

Wonderful place and friendly staff. We recently took our puppy Bella in for her spay and chip. The process was simple and efficient and she is on her way to recovery.

The incision is small and clean and besides the inconvenience and frustration that comes with wearing her cone of shame, she hasn't seemed to be in much discomfort. I also have to praise the doctor and their suture skill. To spite all of our efforts to keep her subdued, we currently have a 14wk old puppy who gets her excited every chance he gets. The neighbors probably thought I was losing my mind 4 days after her surgery because I was outside chasing the two of them yelling about surgery and stitches. SMH. So far, nothing has come lose and she is healing really well.

What a great experience! I was expecting more of a 'turn and burn' type atmosphere since they get lots of patients each morning. The staff was great with my grouchy girl and Kym was amazing from the first call I had with her!

We had an incident with the cone right before they closed and when I called I was expecting the machine. Kym answered and did NOT try and rush me off the phone but instead explained everything so that both Daisy and I felt better. Now Daisy is sporting an adorable onesie instead of the cone!

Thanks everyone for helping Daisy (and I) through this experience! You guys are all great!

Staff was super friendly and caring, my big boy had no issues after surgery. I did have to change out his cone because hes knew how to get out of the first one.Thank you for the care and attention!

They are caring and do such great work! We took both our cats in. Staff was very informative and understanding. We received our pet back same day. They were there for us as we had questions. Our kittens recovered quickly and are doing great now.

I cannot say enough great things about the staff and how well they treated my furbaby.. I have a purebred all white German Shepherd I took to get spayed and from the time I called for an appointment to the time I picked her up after surgery I was treated with the utmost respect and my baby was treated equally as great..(actually better) Kym the officer mgr is nothing short of AMAZING...Erica at the front desk was AMAZING.. and the vet tech that took my baby back was AMAZING too! Their prices cannot be beat in AZ and trust me I looked... the care they gave each animal was incredible.. treating each one as their own! I again cannot say enough nice things about them. Thank you all so much.. Missy is doing great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you all to everyone I know!!!

My cat Jr. was treated like the King he is! This clean and very careful of the spread of the virus made me feel safe about leaving my baby Boy in their trusted hands! The cost was worth the drive! Thank You for your needed service! ❤
