IMS Shoulder & Knee Arthroscopy

I was turned away with my spanish speaking, mother of 62 yrs who had an appointment because we got to the appointment at the time it was scheduled. Makes no sense! THE APPOITMENT WAS AT 11:20 WALKED IN THE OFFICE AT 11:18 AND I WAS STANDING INFRONT OF THE LADY AT 11:20. NOT TO MENTION I WAS DOWN STAIRS AT 11:00 CALLING THEM TO GET THE ADDRESS WHICH NO ONE PROVIDED ME WITH! EVEN LEFT THEM A VOICE MAIL AT 11:05 TELLING THEM I COULDNT FIND THEIR LOCATION. I get that u need time to fill out paper work but that was the reason I was there with her to help her with that. Only to find out that one of the rude receptionists spoke spanish all along and COULD of helped my mom with the paperwork or mentioned she was bilingual when we first scheduled!! THEN A lady who got there after us rushes in and starts appologizing for being LATE and they had no problem taking her in amd she was more than 10 MINUTES LATE TO HER APPOINTMENT!! I FEEL DISCRIMINATED AND IF IT WEREN'T THAT MY MOM NEEDS THE ATTENTION ASAP I WOULD OF TAKEN HER SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
